Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Before ordering a super king bed, I specifically sent photos of my staircase and was assured that delivery upstairs would not be an issue due to the ceiling height. However, when the delivery team arrived, they damaged my walls and ceiling attempting to get the bed upstairs, then said they couldn’t do it and left without completing the delivery or assembly service that I had paid extra for.

The delivery team also appeared unaware that assembly had been booked at all. I was later told they would return the same day after other deliveries to try again, but nobody came back and no one contacted me.

In the end, my partner and his colleagues managed to get the bed upstairs themselves without issue, and he had to assemble the bed personally because the paid-for assembly service was never provided.

To make matters worse, the bed arrived with a broken foot, requiring a replacement part several days later, and there is also damage to the lining/material which I reported with photos but have received no response about.

Communication has been very poor throughout. Promised callbacks from management never happened, and they repeatedly tried to keep communication through WhatsApp rather than email, despite the seriousness of the issues.

Overall, this experience involved:
• Property damage
• Failed delivery and assembly services
• Defective parts
• Poor communication
• Broken promises regarding resolution

Extremely frustrating and stressful experience, especially considering the amount paid.

I would strongly warn others to think very carefully before ordering from Bsspoke.

Really fast delivery and amazing mattress, super comfortable and very thick

Amazing experience with Bespoke from start to finish. Clear and updated communication regarding delivery and my daughter absolutely loves her new bed. Now the other child wants a new bed also so will definitely be ordering another bed soon from Bespoke.

Lovely and affordable range.. We went for a simple design and it looks elegant in our room. The fixing/installation is very easy and quick. Delivery was very quick too, no waiting for months (which is often the case with other brands). Flexibility in choosing which base and on what side to have draws for instance. We are happy.

What an absolute nightmare! I bought an expensive bed from Bsspoke. When it arrived, it was of a very poor quality and I was unable to assemble it as the bottom base was broken and then my worst nightmare started as I reached out to their customer service. At first they said, will send someone to fix it but I'll have to pay £30 extra. I wanted to return it and they quoted me £80 to pay cash on collection. I argued as it was sent broken but they said I had unpacked it so will have to pay the price, I had no other choice so I agreed to it. They then suggested, no need to return it as they will send someone over to fix it for free and I agreed. After 2 weeks they sent a handyman who had no idea of which company he was sent by as he said the manager of a "courier company" has sent him. He was in a rush but tried fixing it and failed so I rang Bsspoke and asked for the bed to be returned as it was broken. They promised me that they will send me a new bed and collect the faulty one. That took another 2 weeks and some handymen arrived with no new bed as they were sent to fix the faulty bed. I was shocked as I was expecting the bed to be replaced with a new one. The guys started applying cheap fixes to the snaps by gluing different pieces of wood to it instead of replacing the entire hardwood. I was unhappy and reached out to them again and asked for a refund and return of the product but they started getting very rude and wouldn't agree to the replacement. After my persistent calls to them, they finally said will collect it and provide me a new bed. It has been eight weeks and they have stopped responding to my queries. I have realised that they will not collect their faulty item and there is no chance of getting a refund. Just imagine being left with a broken bed which has taken up the space as it has been three months as of today. A torturous experience overall. I have escalated the issue via Resolver and am hoping something comes out of it otherwise I will be paying a clearance company to take the bed away, forget about the purchase I made with Bsspoke as I won't get the refund and will have to buy a new bed from a reputed company. That would mean that my money has gone the drains and it has been a complete waste of time dealing with Bsspoke. I would strongly advise against using them. Very unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Please think 10 times before making the purchase!

I can’t rate the delivery drivers enough, they had such great work ethic, were so courteous and proactive. Have never seen such good Quality service in representatives of Sonno anywhere else .Maruf and Kabir their names were. It doesn’t even matter if I don’t like the mattress but I’m sure I will.

Easy to order on line, plenty of choice, service very good, kept us up to date, good value, just like photo.

Delivery day rolled around text at 4am to say delivery due by 4:45am on a weekday night I thought it was a wind up but no item arrived (king sized bed) delivered by one bloke on his own at 04:45am. The driver was pleasant enough but the scheduling needs seriously addressing who takes a delivery at 04:45 or a text at 04:00 ??? Ridiculous especially when you’ve a full day at work to do yourself.

I was contacted by the company after leaving this review.I appreciated the discussion they explained that the bed was delivered by a third party courier and that they had no control over the delivery but they would take the matter up with the courier company directly as the early drop was unacceptable. The chap from BSSpoke was pleasant and seemed genuinely upset that the delivery was made at such a ridiculous hour.

Easy ordering good prices kept fully informed of delivery date &time. King size mattress is good quality & I’ve had the best nights sleep no more waking up with a sore back.

Quality Beds Quaility Service excellence customer aftercare

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely had to for this bed. From the first night, I noticed such a difference—super comfortable, supportive in all the right places, and it just feels like quality. The delivery was smooth and on time, and the setup was really straightforward (bonus points for that!). I’ve had it for a few weeks now and still wake up every morning feeling well-rested, which honestly hasn't happened in a long time. If you’re on the fence, just go for it—you won’t regret it.

Ordered my bed on Easter Sunday and it was delivered 3 days later. Communication was great. Kept me up to date on what day it would be coming and time.
Bed is amazing and sturdy. So happy.

The greatest part was the customer service. Instant replies regarding delivery and a missing part which was immediately despatched.

Ordered 4 beds through Bsspoke. Excellent comms and very flexible (I chose wrong finish on one of the beds and they amended the order). Beds arrived in very time and are really lovely and good quality. Would definitely use again.

Website great and easy to navigate. Done online chat as query when ordering and very quick to reply and extremely helpful. Great customer service and great price. Good quality bed, so happy with it. Phoned night before delivery with exact time, delivery guys very nice. Definitely recommend Bsspoke.
