West Babylon staff is amazing
The guy that helped me I think his name was lucky sorry if I’m wrong he Know he is. He was amazing patient he was working by myself with one other guy who was cleaning the cars. He had a lot full of people and he remained calmed. didn’t get upset, no become rude no attitude very professional, and he got everyone taken care of even though he was running wild trying to do that as he was taking care of the front desk and helping clean the cars move, the cars he did a great job in west Babylon location

Very professional staff, but they could defiantly use some help at the counter so employees do not have to multi task with check in.

Great and Seamless Service.
I appreciate how the service was very quick and seamless. As soon as I arrived they handled their paperworks and asked only basic quick Qs; highly suggest having Gold Member which I believe makes everything a lot smoother transition.
I do wish I got the car I booked for, although I truly understand it does emphasize "or similar" Car was great and relarively new cars which I love. The car that I did get had a little funk smell of smoke which was a little unfortunate, but that can be removed with just a quick air freshener. Otherwise I would book again for another family trip!

The staff consistently demonstrates a high level of respect, friendliness, and accommodation towards their customers. Each time I arrive, I am greeted with my car already waiting for me, impeccably clean and ready to go. I've had the opportunity to watch them interact with other customers, and it’s evident that they genuinely care about providing excellent service. They take the time to ensure that everyone feels valued and important, and their commitment to excellence is always apparent in everything they do.

Unfortunately vehicle was dirty outside when we picked it up. Asked for a car wash and they used windex and a towel to wash car! The service was slow but there was a new worker being trained. I suggest all vehicles you rent should be vacuumed and washed. They vacuumed in our time while we were waiting. This cost us 45 extra minutes
