Convenient location with knowledgeable staff that have been on location for years. Predictable service and good cars!

When I picked up the car it was dirty
When I picked up the car it was dirty. I couldn't see out the windshield without washing it. I then got charged $75 because there was dog hair in it. It wasn't cleaned when I got it.

Poor customer service
I have rented many vehicles in the past and this was the first time I received poor service. The customer service was poorly executed on the day that I picked up my rental. The guy that “helped” me was not very friendly and very short from the beginning. He didn’t even pull out the car to the front for me. Their lot is very small and tight. He left it up to me to get the car out of its very tight parking spot. Thankfully a girl came out and guided me through otherwise I felt like I was going to hit another car. It was rainy outside so I guess he didn’t want to get wet. Then when I returned the car I ended up having the same guy to process my return :(.
I tried to get his name but he didn’t wear his name tag. The other agents seemed friendlier and I saw one guy agent drive the rental to the front for the lady customer so that’s when I realized that I was not treated well. It really left a sour note and will reconsider renting from this location especially if I were to get this guy again.

Personnel were friendly and handled everything in a short time. When turning it back in, I forgot my wallet in the front seat. I was almost home when they called and told me I had left my wallet and I returned and picked it up. Thank goodness for their honesty! Job well done by this Hertz dealorship.

Overcharged me. My reservation was made at $34 rate and location charged me a $54 rate.
