This was the best rental experience we have ever had. Everything was so smooth and quick. We were in and out of there with our car within 10 minutes. The agent was exceptionally helpful with suggestions for our stay in Branson! We took him up on his suggestion and had a wonderful experience.

At check in the agent was responsive to my needs. He tried to put me into a smaller car but I told him I needed a car of closer size to the one I reserved. He took care of it.

Very easy and fast rental process
I’ve rented from several car rental companies over the years, and in the past the process often involved long waits and constant upselling, which could be frustrating.
My recent experience with Hertz was completely different. I had already prepaid for my rental, and the pickup process took less than five minutes. There was no pressure to buy additional products or services. They simply verified my reservation, had me sign the agreement, handed me the keys, and pointed me to the car.
Returning the vehicle was just as easy. I parked the car, dropped the keys in the return box, and was on my way. My final bill was exactly as expected with no surprises.
I’m genuinely impressed with the improvements Hertz has made to its customer service. The entire experience was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be using Hertz again.
