Hertz - San Francisco - Beach Street Anmeldelser 

We reserved a vehicle, had it paid for and yet they’d given it away because we were 45 minutes late (flight issues). Our only option was to get a luxury car and pay twice as much. Just doesn’t seem right.

Die Abholung lief super einfach und unkompliziert, keine Wartezeit, nettes Personal.....wir hatten über den ADAC im Vorfeld gebucht und mussten nur noch Pass, Führerschein und Kreditkarte vorlegen....dauerte genau 5min. Das Auto stand voll getankt gleich neben dem Geschäft in der Garage. Ganz neuer Nissan, super sauber....hat 3 Wochen Spaß gemacht mit dem Auto zu fahren...vielen Dank

I think it’s cheesy that you charge for a whole week after five days. Beware Consumer.

Rental was great at Mason Street . Returned to a different location in the city (Beach Street) and there were no directions on what to do. Found a spot, not Hertz, they were all taken , left the car and then went down to the office but nothing is explained or spelled out. It all worked out fine but there should be signs or a person guiding you.

The staff overall was great. The only thing that made the experience harder was the fact that elevators were not an operation and there was no signs indicating that they were not in operation. Since we had luggage as we were about to go to the airport this was important to know and for people who may need to use an elevator.

Eligio greeted me as I walked through the door, acknowledged my Hertz status, and had me on my way in a matter of a few minutes. Outstanding service!

Easy to check in and return the car.

They always help you with a smile, they quickly find the car I need and the cars are latest models. But their counter people are great! Matt their manager and Lynette are always helpful and the rest of your staff .

It was seamless and car was in a decent condition. Staff was very fast even though there were multiple people waiting outside.

Clerk at Checkin was great, helpful, nice. Car functioned well and was ideal for our needs. No hidden costs. Return was smooth.

Car was parked too close in parking lot to get into it. Three cheers to the VERY busy guy behind the counter who ran up and got it for me. Very kind. Two of four car tires were low so we had to refill them. Car itself was strange - weird back door handles, really hard to get in an out of when seat was adjusted for my 5'3" leg length.

Zahara at the desk was fantastic and we were able to get an upgrade! We were a little late returning the car and it wasn't a problem plus the pickup location was very convenient to our hotel.

Did not get the car I reserved, wanted a vehicle that I was familiar with ( Nissan Rogue) smaller easier to park and better fuel economy, Instead I had to settle for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, person at desk said he had nothing else which I doubt. Classic bait and switch, whenever I rent from Hertz I don’t get the car I reserved.

Great vehicle and easy pick up and return!

Quick at desk. It did take me a few minutes to find car in garage as spaces were numbered on floor and Hertz had numbers above. Otherwise, I was staying at adjoining Courtyard Marriott and location could not have been better. I rarely rent a car but this experience will make it more likely in the future.

Check-in/out is quick and easy and the cars are always clean. Staff is friendly and professional.
