i was forced to pay double than the original quote
i arrived at the time when i booked to pickup the car and i was told that the type of car i reserved is not available for 2 or more hours and if i want a car right a way i have to pay an upgrade fee so i told the rental rep that i will come back later not to pay extra but when i arrived 2 hours later i was told that they did not have my size car and i will have to pay for an upgrade $45 and not only that the forced me to buy LDW waver insurance even i have an American express credit card
so my rental total became more than double

Ordered an SUV as I have a bad back and have troible getting in and out of cars. They told me they don't carry the Economy or compacts at this location but said they gave me an uograde. The Nissan was very small and I really had a hard time with getting in and out. The staff there was very nice and and got me out in record time. Car windows could have been cleaner.

Stressful process
The customer service agent at the location was friendly and helpful. The process was simple and smooth. I returned the vehicle to a different location that the original location changing location was easy and didn’t cost a lot. Definitely will be using Hertz again.
