Fast, efficient, friendly

Small airport so it process was quick. Car in fine shape ready to go.

1. Hertz changed the car I chose two times before pickup.
2. The car I rented had a small windshield crack that extended to the entire windshield when I was 150 miles away making visibility and driving difficult and unsafe.
3. I changed the times of pickup and drop-off prior to arrival by 1.5 hours on each end raising the price by $200. - substantially more than an extra day rental.

No problem at all. Everything was perfect as usual!

We wanted a all wheel drive and ended up reserving with Hertz. The employees at the airport location in Montrose are very personable and helpful. They helped the our Colorado trip get off to a wonderful start and even had a recommended for a lunch place when we asked. Thx guys!

So I didnt even pay for the car. I was asked to pay the deposit and then given keys for a car I didnt pay for or order. Was told I was the only one who could drive the car and not the person paying. Silly dealings. Call Brent the person who paid and he will explain it all. Car was great but wtf if that SOP yall have going on.

receptionist in Montrose CO was very kind and helpful, showing me how to get into and out of low gear for the vehicle; dissappointed that, once again, there was an additional charge added in Denver, at end ($99 that I don't know what for)

Staff was great and very friendly, car was good, outside could have been cleaner. Inside clean!

I’m a repeat customer. The staff remembered me. What a welcoming feeling after a nine hour journey to get there!

We needed a large car for transport of gear and clearance for a some light 4-wheeling. Had to make the reservation a bit ahead of time, but Hertz delivered the right SUV when we arrived. This made the driving stress free. I can’t tell you how important it is to get the right vehicle when driving around the rugged terrain of southern Utah and southwest Colorado.

your Employees depend on the Hertz app to know everything and they have no capability to correct or assist with the automated system for your customers.
Doesn't matter if you call the local Montrose, CO office or the corporate Hertz Gold member office their hands are tied. Tied to get assistance for 2 weeks before and on the the date of my pickup 8/10/26!
