Availability of different vehicles. Company representative was very knowledgeable of the company's operational processes. Ms Klaire was courteous & very helpful. She is a good asset to Hertz.

The original car was not ready
The original car was not ready, so I asked for a different car that was available. The Hertz associate was very rude to me. I then informed her that I am a President's Circle member, at which point another associate stepped in to assist me and offered a replacement vehicle about 10 minutes later

I would not even give one star if that…
I would not even give one star if that was an option i had to rent a car from Las Vegas to Minot Nd due to my dad being on hospice and not allowed to fly and you guys have done nothing to help me resolve this but keep tacking on more money when i retuned it as promised when it was due. With a full tank of gas. You have a horrible company and i will let everyone know how i was treated

I recieve the Gold treatment
I recieve the Gold treatment. There was no wait. The Hertz Rep had my keys ready when i arrived. She was friendly and professional.

I just loved the smooth good looking ride I had from the S U V CHEVY 2026 I rented from Hertz. My daughter and I had the most wonderful time traveling to Amargosa Valley, Nevada. I will rent again soon. Thank You Hertz Team.

Not an Upgrade!
Not an Upgrade!
My reservation stated that I would get a Kia K5 or something similar but when I got to Hertz to pick up my car, they gave me a Kia Nero and said that was an upgrade. I’ve owned or driven almost every car on this planet, and in what world is a Kia Nero an Upgrade? It is 1 to 2 steps down from a Kia K5. When I questioned the customer service rep about my K5 and she said, oh we haven’t had sedans in this office for a long time. Then why did my reservation offer me a sedan? I did not want a lower grade car, and I certainly didn’t want a small SUV but I was on a timeline and I couldn’t argue or exchange it.
When I returned the car, I mentioned it again that the Kia Niro is not an upgrade and both customer service reps snapped and argued with me with a full office, very rude and unprofessional. Unless this is rectified in someway, I will never rent Hertz again.

Extending your rental may cost you
It's not the location but corporate policy. To penalize a good "Gold" member customer for extending the rental time is ludicrous. I was billed almost double the daily rate for extending 2 days, from $38 to $66.16.....for extending 2 days. I'm at fault for not reading "the small" print but their policy sucks, plain and simple it sucks. I am not sure I'll rent from Hertz again.
