The pick up was great. Hertz staff was very knowledgeable about the van I rented when asked about space. Dropping off the Van was easy and quick. I definitely will be using them next time.

I didn’t get the car i ordered because of maintenance. Why do maintenance on the day someone is supposed to already have it

The experience was great. In & out and that's how it should be.

Had a reservation in advance
Had a reservation in advance , still had to wait for someone to returm a car , and still need to wash the car myself.
To return the car also- I had to wait 45 mins because the decided to inspect all returned car before proceesong them on the computer. I total to rent that car i wasted more than 3 hours

The pick up was great

This team is always so amazing! Brooke has always been on point with any help and holds onto anything I may have left in the rental (which has been more than once 😬).
The Customer Service is on point even when there is a long line waiting.
They definitely need a ‘car wash runner’ so they can stay at the counter instead of running out to grab cars and bring them back.
