The customer service at this location was great. The only issue was there were no vehicles available at my pick up time! I had to wait 2.5hrs for a car.
Everything was done smoothly and professionally. No problems picking up the car or turning it in.

My experience is always great. The office is always nicely decorated for the present holiday. The office is always clean and comfortable (temp), the staff is exceptional, they multi-task like clockwork, I'm always impressed, I've been renting from Hertz since the 90's

Choice of cars
I was only given 2 choices of cars even though I had paid in advance. The car I ended up accepting was extremely scratched around the entire body. The car did not lock from the inside. You had to use the remote. The mileage was bad.
The other car that was in better shape was not ready because the rental had just returned it while I was in the office. My time was limited so I wasn’t able to wait for the transition.

The customer service at this location was great. The only issue was there were no vehicles available at my pick up time! I had to wait 2.5hrs for a car.
