Hertz - Broomfield - West 120th Avenue Anmeldelser 

Staffs are terrible and unprofessional. I was scheduled to pick up a prepaid Chevy Blazer at 08:00AM. I arrived at 7:40AM. At 7:45AM, the Chevy Blazer was driven from the lot. The office opened at 08:00AM. Another staff told me that his co-worker drove the Blazer out for cleaning, asking me to wait. At 8:30AM, the car was not back from cleaning, I complained that the service was unacceptable. There was no apology, I got an accuse instead. I was told that it usually takes at least 30 minutes anyway to complete the paperwork. At 8:35AM, I was offered a Jeep Wrangler instead. I drove away in 5 minutes, not half an hour. I like Hertz, and frequently rent a car with Hertz. However, this time is unacceptable for the service. I still have question in my mind, why it took more than 45 minutes to clean the car?

Electric vehicle choices. Probably rent elsewhere if/when you stop offering electrics/hybrids.

Needed a rental while my car was in the shop. The location was convenient and the personal were very helpful.

pickup and drop off is easy and the local reps are always nice and very helpful.

The Good- Easy pick up at a local Denver area Hertz. A very smooth and easy drop-off at Denver International Airport.
The Bad- Almost immediately from pick-up we had an underinflated tire and squeaky brakes. Whatever cleanser used inside car was so strong smelling and bad we had to keep windows open while driving the first couple of days.

Good service. Representative was cordial. Processed my rental in a timely fashion. Answered my questions.

Hertz team was amazing, patient, and accommodating despite being incredibly busy with a line of people. We had a small hiccup when renting the vehicle but our Hertz guy (did not get his name) was super patient and helped get us through and processed as quick and efficiently as possible.

Could not recommend the Broomfield location more!
