Hertz - Bradenton - 14th Street W Anmeldelser 

I did not ask for the stupid SunPass thing and even though I went onto my own SunPass account and entered the license plate info to bill my account, I was still charged $50 by Hertz for $11 in tolls. It included at $40 "service charge". They charge EVERY DAY of your rental - even if you only hit a toll both one day. This should be against the law. Other than their abysmal customer service if you ever need to call them, this is the worst thing about Hertz.

The people at the location were great though. Very friendly and got me in and out much faster than a non-airport location usually does.

My overall experience was better than expected. I have always rented at the airport in Sarasota, but prices were quite high and I started looking around for a better deal. I came across this Hertz location on Expedia, but I was a bit apprehensive with some of the reviews and their not so impressive overall rating. I decided to take a chance on them and was pleasantly surprised. I was given a Chevy Blazer in good condition and clean. It was also the class of vehicle I booked. The staff was friendly - shout out to John, who took care of me initially, and Kash, who gave me a ride to the airport after I dropped off the car. I'd definitely rent from them again.

Pricing. The car was comfortable. My only disappointment was the tire went flat. I think it would have been better to check the tires before the car was rented out. Also it would have been very helpful to know in advance Hertz charges an additional $100 to repair the flat tire when that occurs.

Easy check in and out. Good value for the money spent.

Always great to rent from this bradenton location! John and Dennis are exceptional!

Exceptional customer service from the time I picked up the rental car until I returned it! I have to praise John for his excellent knowledge and explaining the asseccories of the car to me.

Jon the associate was super helpful and I will be referring him to my family and friends for there rental needs in the future....

Hertz made my travel day so easy! Being able to head straight to the car and drive off without waiting in line is a game changer. Clean car, great rate, and smooth drop-off. 5 stars all around!

Definitely deserves 5 STARS...

Hertz is a large company and hard to get ahold of people at the physical branch. However, when there I was taken very good care of. The team is exceptional and worked with me through my constant extensions needed since my care was at the auto shop and completions dates changed numerous times. It really was a great experience and will return with rental needs in the future vs. enterprise.

My rental experience wasn't flawless, but Hertz's response afterward is what earned the four stars. The vehicle I reserved was unavailable, the substitute had a noticeable cigarette-smoke odor and the interior had not been properly cleaned. I documented the issues, but still found the vehicle useful enough that I extended the rental for another four days.

What impressed me was the follow-through from Customer Relations. Hertz took my concerns seriously and made meaningful adjustments rather than forcing me through endless arguments over every individual issue. A later concern involving toll-related fees was also reviewed and resolved.

No rental company is going to execute perfectly every time. What matters to me is what happens when something goes wrong. This experience gave me considerably more confidence that Hertz will actually address a legitimate problem, and that is ultimately what retained me as a customer.
