I had a great experience with Hertz on my most recent rental. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated the great customer service and the way I was treated as a customer.
Experiences like this are what make me want to continue choosing Hertz for future rentals. I definitely appreciate the team for going above and beyond and making this such a positive experience. I look forward to renting with Hertz again!

The Car was dirty when I received it
The Car was dirty when I received it. Also I booked a Full and they gave me a mid size. I could even hear them talking about it out back. I was looking to move from Avis as used them for years but hertz is closer. Guess i'll keep looking for my next place.

Compared with other car rental locations in the RTP, I'd choose this Hertz location.

Great customer service
I had a great experience renting a car! The process was quick and easy, the vehicle was clean and reliable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly from pickup to return. I would definitely rent from them again!

Hertz is not the best place for rentals
Recently rented a vehicle from the Lauren's Duncan rd location. They were friendly however the car was and should not have been rentable.
1) the tire had a scrap on it
2) there was sticky residue on the dash
When I asked about it, he said it would be fine. I had to request more than that so he put a blue rag on it. Seriously?
3) the oil light was on the entire time we had the vehicle. Seems it needed changing and they ignored it.
4) the button to move the side mirrors was broken..
