Great employees, excellent low mileage late model car, quick pick up and drop off, the bill matched the quote, and convenient location. Thank you for the no charge upgrade!

Great customer service. Marcus and the crew are polite and attentive. Rental car companies all have the same cars; I stick with Hertz on Central Ave. in Albany because of the people.
They didn't clean the car, the driver's windows, or the interior.

Routine business rental
I routinely rent from Hertz for business trips. They are conveniently located and the service is generally very good. This particular experience when I arrive the car was already and parked in front. The rental return process was also very good. I just handed them the keys and they said they would email me the final bill.
