This was my first time renting a car ever and the experience was great. Very helpful and informative. The manager (I think his name was Jared or something with a J), was very kind! Whenever I come back to Texas and need a car, I’ll be coming back here :)

Awful experience
Awful experience, it wakes 1 hour to get the car, the second driver is charged though I got president circle, and it is my wife. Multiple calls to resolve, not solved. One agent doing everything, this is the management issue. I would not rent again.

Rented a car for a trip
Rented a car for a trip. Everything was smooth. From the pickup to the return. Easy peasy. The staff at the location were excellent. Great service.

There was a slow leak in my tire and sewer smell
There was a slow leak in my tire. I had it for the week and it was stressful since we were traveling and had no phone reception for a good bit of our trip :/ During pick up there was a sewer change at the nearby business so it smelled horrible outside. The people who work there were using their shirts to cover their mouth and noses whenever they went outside. The employees were kind and really courteous. They were trying to make the best of the situation.I won’t rent from Hertz again, but appreciate the people who work at this location.
