Today, Healthy Pets, which was founded before Google, is an established participant in the £1 billion-plus UK pet insurance market. Bought online. Smooth process. Only issue was that it was unclear which policy wording and IPID applied to the cover level I was buying during the sale process.

Really pleased with what this insurance offers. I can’t say how good they are with paying out as I haven’t needed to make a claim yet as haven’t had this insurance long. But as I say really pleased with the monthly cost and what is promised.

All good. Received documents on day the insurance was purchased. Impressed by fact that you only pay excess not with a percentage of cost on top. Premiums good for life care insurance.

Took a little while to sort out pet insurance and get the price quoted but got there in the end and thank fully haven’t had to make any claims. The lady who dealt with me on the phone was helpful
