Misleading delivery info and appalling customer service
Delivery information on the order and the site doesn’t match what customer service tells you
I ordered from Healthspan because I was given an estimated delivery date of 24–25 September. When it didn’t arrive, customer service repeatedly told me I had to allow 7 working days for delivery.
The problem is that Healthspan’s own delivery page says UK delivery is approximately 3–4 working days. There is no mention of allowing 7 days. An agent eventually explained that their system won’t take further action until 7 working days have passed — an internal policy that isn’t communicated to customers.
Delays happen, but what isn’t acceptable is giving customers one expectation when they order, then relying on a different, undisclosed policy when something goes wrong.
I spent nearly three hours being passed between agents trying to get this simple point acknowledged. The closest I got to an apology was: “Apologies that you were not aware about our delivery policy.”
It's Healthspan’s responsibility to make customers aware of its policies.
I’ve now asked to cancel the order and get a refund. A completely avoidable and deeply frustrating experience.

You’re absolutely right that our delivery page states an estimated timeframe of 3–4 working days for UK orders. The additional 7 working days referenced by our customer service team is usually shown on the email we send confirming the dispatch of the order.
We understand how important it is that the information on our website, order confirmation emails, and customer service guidance all align. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams so we can improve the clarity of our delivery messaging and ensure customers aren’t given mixed expectations.
I’m sorry that resolving this took far longer than it should have and that it led you to cancel your order. If there’s anything further we can do to help, or if you’d consider giving us another chance in future, we’d be more than happy to support you.

TERRIBLE!..Have dealt with this company sometime now ON-LINE, but the telephone service is deplorable. Let me elucidate here:-I went onto Healthspan web site ordered what I wanted, came to paying, didnt understand my card that I have had for many years. So got the telEphone number of a HSpan box and rang them, told them the problem, we want an OFFER number , SAID THERE ISNT ONE SHOWN ON UR WEB SITE, this went on and on and on and on, I SAID I theres no offer information, IS IT possible ur sites been cloned?..I will pass u thru to someone who can help, told same to them, GOT NO WHERE, so seeing as I put my card details in felt its a SCAM web site so cancelled my card with my bank, I now have no Bank CARD for 7 days now till new one comes, emailed HSpan got NO REPLY...are they interested?..NO CHANCE!!..PLus feel the telephone support needs looking at VERY CLOSELY, dont like attitudes.

HSPAN you have requested further information like my name, that you have, theres no reference number and why do u want a telephone number when u already have my details on file. Your problem is AUTOMATION system that get u into trouble.
I have told u theres two HEALTH SPANS in operation either u own both or NOT, is it too hard 4 u to investigate..seems all u want is CASH. Suggest u look into who ur operators speak to and bring up my name cus a telephone number u want that u already have will take us NO WHERE..SORT URSELVES OUT!!

Cancellation problems
It is proving very difficult to get them to cease a subscription - phone calls and emails made but still they keep taking the money and sending the supplements. Beware their sharp practices!

My subscription works!
My subscription always arrives on time, is good quality and any price increases are advised well in advance. I would give a 5 star review if the marketing emails were better targeted and advised me if my subscription gives me better value already🤷♀️. Also are there bundles of vitamins that would work together providing better results than individual products do? The marketing is too random and not linked to products which may be of interest/beneficial to me
