The vast majority of reviews focus on customer service. But if you're interested in what they actually provide, let me give you two examples.
Today I received an email touting the benefits of creatine. Its efficacy is dependent upon activation as phosphocreatine. Creatine kinase is highly dependent upon magnesium, both as ATP-Mg and as a cofactor for the enzyme. Amongst the battery of tests they include, RBC Mg is missing. They also market GLP-1, as a longevity agent. But butyrate, the biomarker for a healthy gut microbiome, is a GLP-1 secretagogue, in addition to many other benefits. Access to RAP thru gethealthspan is good, but don't fall for the ancillary product marketing hype.

I seek optimal blood work, and do not think anyone knows how to help me achieve this when I know it is possible. We are missing the mark, when I tell them what works, yet the gel is not available or I do not have the correct dose. When I am scheduled to go over blood work, and we do not even cover it, instead asked about how "I feel" which is subjective and a disappointment. I want to know how to improve my bloodwork, which will in turn improve my symptoms. I feel like it is a guessing game and I am the experiment , disappointed.

I told them to cancel my order (which I do not even remember agreeing to a year ago, but whatever) and several hours they not only did not cancel my order, but shipped it out anyway with an email that said "no refunds once shipped." Now I will have to dispute it with my bank if they refuse to refund.

Had a consultation with Jim Lanzilotti yesterday and came away really impressed. He was thorough and clearly knew his stuff, but what stood out most was how well he listened ,he took the time to actually understand my situation before offering any advice, rather than rushing through a script. I ordered a bottle of “oxytocin protocol pro”. Unfortunately, it did not work for me and I did not notice any positive effects. After a few back and forths, the company was able to reimburse me for the full amount. I appreciate that the owner stepped in to help. I cannot recommend this particular product but I can recommend that they will work things out if you are unsatisfied.

Too much to put in a short narrative. Great service and extremely knowledgeable. Jim in particular has made what are ostensibly very complicated subjects easy to understand. Moreover their approach is targeted which is to say they only recommend what you need. They are not out to sell you something just because they happen to offer it.

The Doctor did not listen to what I was saying. Online service did not work well and will definitely go back to a Doctor in person and not virtually.

Brandon and Brian have been my care team, and they were a big part of why I give 5 stars. They have been lightning fast even after hours and on weekends a few times. This is unprecedented with prior doctors I've used. Communication is almost as fast as texting a friend, and no extra charges for those fast consults either. I also find the prices for the video consults very affordable and they took time to fully explore the therapy and answer questions and explain my labs and their decisions. Finally, the cost for the medicine is the biggest cost, and they are very competitive so I felt like I was getting the best of all worlds. I think this is the future of medicine. Thanks for the great support to Brandon and Brian and their whole team.

I found Healthspan's website while searching for a peptide. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I signed up for the initial consultation. But every interaction I've had, has left an even more positive impression. My first consult was with Brandon Fell. We booked 15 minutes. But he spent almost 45 minutes answering my questions. His knowledge and understanding of the subject matter and underlying factors was amazing. Not only did I NOT feel any pressure, but I left the call feeling really informed. The next step was a series of lab tests to understand my metabolic and hormone profile. I wish my physician took this kind of in-depth look. The testing was comprehensive. The results were easy to understand. And again, in the follow-up consultation, there was zero pressure. My opinion is that this is a group that genuinely cares about patient health, not pushing medications or supplements. I'm beyond impressed. I'm excited to continue the partnership.

Jim is very knowledgeable about the science of longevity and explains results of biomarkers very well.
I was somewhat disappointed that Brenzavvy was not mentioned in any of the protocols for interventions.
