After 14 years, our boiler finally broke down. Based on Harveys Plumbing & Heating's excellent reviews on Trustpilot, we decided to give them a try—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made!

From the very first call to their office to the completion of the job, the service we received was exceptional. The lady who handled our booking was always polite, friendly, and efficient. Tom, who came to discuss our options, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He provided us with a detailed, transparent quotation and was an absolute pleasure to work with. After meeting him, we didn’t hesitate to proceed with installing a new boiler.

Understanding how cold our home had become, Tom prioritized our job. As soon as the new boiler arrived, Tom, Scott, and Craig came early in the morning to start the installation. They worked tirelessly, staying late into the evening to ensure the boiler was fully operational before leaving.

The following week, Scott and Craig returned to complete a full system flush for our large home. Once again, they worked long hours, never rushing the job and ensuring the entire heating system was back up and running perfectly before they left. Their dedication, professionalism, and friendly attitude were remarkable.
