Harveys Plumbing & Heating Anmeldelser

So pleased to have found Tarn. Brilliantly skilled workmanship and such a polite, respectful and efficient professional. He has transformed our bathroom with a shower over the bath. I would not hesitate to ask him back and recommend him to family, friends and neighbours. Perfect job, thank you!

Tom arrived within the 9am-12pm time frame specified and was polite and considerate.
He carried out a boiler and gas fire service efficiently and gave us opportunity to ask questions. He provided helpful information about new technologies to retain energy efficiency. The quote to revisit to fit a very small part on safety grounds, & retest, was a bit more expensive than anticipated, but the job was carried out with minimal delay, and at our convenience.

Great service and came out quickly and sorted the leak.

Bill was friendly, helpful and worked quickly.

Many thanks

Fantastic service as always. Engineer called ahead as promised to say he would be arriving within the next 20 minutes. Tom was polite and explained what kind of service he was carrying out and how long it would take. He worked quietly and efficiently. He thought there could be some improvements to help make our heating more effective and he passed that information back to the manufacturer. Within a few days Harveys had scheduled a follow up appointment to make the recommended changes free of charge.

High quality thoughtful service

Maintenance carried properly and no complaint

Harvey’s plumbing are fantastic!

They are always on time, very polite and courteous, always cover their boots with little plastic covers to avoid treading in any dirt they’re very thoughtful.

We have Tom come ever year to service the boiler and I can’t fault him anytime he comes - goes above and beyond - thank you!

I have been using Harvey’s for some time now both commercially and domestic ranging from large installs to small reactive call outs. Every single one of the team is professional, helpful and polite. I would highly recommend the team to anyone

Always use Harvey's as punctual friendly and always do a good job

Excellent service, recommend to all

I wish every business was like Harvey's!
The customer service is impeccable! The knowledge is incredible! The friendliness and expertise is second to none! I will never use another plumbing company again! I received a boiler service today and various plumbing advice. I await a quote for some more work I would like carried out by this wonderful family business. This is the second time I have used Harveys. The first time was in an emergency. Their prices are fair and you cannot beat the service. I highly recommend this company.

Contacted Harvey’s early hours as a leak was found on our heating system the morning of travelling away.
Tom called and arranged an engineer to attend with all works completed prior to landing and allowing piece of mind to enjoy the holiday.
Definitely recommend Harvey’s for knowledge and faultless service.

Punctual professional experienced advice given and polite friendly experience. Excellent job all round.
I would recommend Harvey’s to anyone requiring plumbing services.

A friend recommended Harveys Plumbing to me, I had an error code come up on my heat exchange system. Tom replied to me quickly and asked for some extra information. A couple of hours later, Tom had found out what the error code was and gave me some very good advice. It could have been easy for Tom to have come to my property and charged a fee to look at the system but instead his research showed that the fault was a housing issue and not mine, saving me some hard earned pennies.

Thanks tom

Always polite and considerate. Send me a reminder every year but aren’t pushy. The engineers are thorough and trustworthy.

Always great service and I would highly recommend Harvey’s.

A great experience from the get-go. Carol & Tom were very helpful & efficient & got us booked in quickly for a leaking toilet. The engineer was on time & did a good job. I would recommend Harveys.

Yet again Harvey's came to our rescue when we had a leaking boiler. Excellent customer service, they go out of their way to help. Always give the best advice for the customer, are transparent and we trust them completely and wouldn't use any other company. Thanks especially to Tom who went above and beyond to fix our issue despite the unexpected circumstances. Thank you.
