Loss of heat and hot water
Excellent service. We lost all heat from our heat pumps and oil burner. Tom and his father worked late into the evening to establish the cause of a leak, shut off the offending supply to the heat pumps and we were able to restore heat in the house the next morning. Service was efficient, extremely polite and effective. One could ask no more.

Thank goodness for Harveys!!!
Our Engineer was very happy, professional and friendly.
He told me exactly what he was doing at each stage and worked hard to fix our ongoing, exasperating issue with our ATAG boiler, and fix it he did!
It also meant we could finally have a bath and shower for the first time in four days too!
Thank you!!!
