Items burst open due to bad packing
Ordered a mix of heavy jelly sweets and some takis. They packed the takis at the bottom and placed the heavier stuff on top meaning the bags of takis burst. I emailed them asking for a refund (which they did do) but there was no “sorry about that” or “sorry for this mistake please let us put it right” NOTHING just an email with one line that said “your order has been partially refunded”
No actual customer service, no appology, no gesture of goodwill.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had and I won’t be using them again and I do not recommend them to anyone
Even in their rely they are aggressive and accusing me of belittling them. Firstly if you are sending things that could pop in transit then they should be packed better with padding or a stronger box! Blaming everyone but yourself doesn’t surprise me as all that was required was a simple apology for the Inconvenience. You will find good manners and being courteous to your customers will get you further than just attacking them. Bottom line is if you know things may be stacked on top of your packages then they should be packed to withstand the shipping process. I don’t normally bother with reviews but it was your sheer lack of contact and the absence of apology that led me to write one. Attacking your customer that has been wronged does not paint you in a good light and will effect you business.

Thanks for the review Sally, sorry you felt the need to vent your frustrations on trust pilot after receiving a full refund of damaged goods in transit. The bags of takis you purchased can easily withstand the weight of sweets you ordered (we have sent 15,000 bags) and have never had a damage, the damage you have experienced is due to something in excess of 20 kilograms being piled on top of the box which has collapsed as can been seen by the creased outer box images you sent us. Whilst you attempted to educate us and belittle us via e-mail. We hope the explanation here will show that we promptly dealt with your refund, no questions asked, no forms to fill in, no disclaimers to sign, no requests for additional images . No matter how we packed your order the end result would have been the same.
