Brilliant company
Brilliant company, customer service excellent. When Royal Mail delivered to someone else, a regular occurrence I might add, they immediately returned an email I'd sent and said not to worry they'd resend the order 👍 I said I'll wait as it will probably get to me eventually and it did. I emailed to confirm this & was thanked for my patience. Can't fault my purchases from them

Thank you for your reply. I ordered from the mega deals some Oreos. You state you put in Capital letters the BBD. There was no BBD as I checked and I read everything. You need to look into this as I have been on your site and half the products still do not have BBD on.

2 perfect orders
I have made 2 orders and both have been perfect.
Both times it has taken over a week to actually submit the order because there is so much choice of both recognised branded products and less well known brands. The website is easiest to navigate after looking at other similar companies before my first order and this along with their huge choice availability made my decision easy of what company to use.
I ordered both in an evening and both times they were dispatched really quickly and arrived within 4 days of ordering despite me ordering my second order on a Sunday evening. Both orders were exact and packed well.
Overall I will 100% be ordering again and am 100% happy with the company and products.

Disappointed
Ordered some mega oreos for my son. Ordered 3 packets and when I looked at the use by date it was the next day. Emailed company no response. Totally disappointed as I assumed that they would have at least a couple of months. Will never shop here again! Better places out there who do give a damn!

Simply The Best in Value & Quality
Everything was packaged correctly and helping to ensure that not too much plastic was used.
The quality of all of the products that I have bought are excellent and delicious.
The only quibble is that the prices are higher than initially, but the reasons were explained to me and accepted.

Chocs melted due to being dispatched on hottest day of the year!
My mum ordered from this company for my birthday. Once my order arrived the chocolates had melted (no surprise since they were sent on the hottest day of the year!) not sure as a company why you wouldn’t contact customers telling that shipping will be delayed due to the hot weather. Contacted the company and was basically told TOUGH and that it was a ME problem. Wouldn’t shop here again! Definitely better sweet companies with good customer service out there!

Regrettably, as stated in our terms and conditions of sale, we are unable to cover heat damage to confectionery items. This policy is also highlighted on the banner at the top of all our web pages to ensure our customers are aware of potential risks when ordering chocolate products, especially during warmer periods.
While we cannot offer a refund or replacement for heat-damaged items, we do suggest checking the weather forecast and selecting expedited shipping options for future orders to minimise the risk of heat exposure during transit.
We appreciate your feedback and have explored various solutions to address weather-related challenges. For instance, we considered removing fragile items from sale, but this required two staff members six hours to update the website, making it impractical for frequent changes. We also attempted to delay shipments on hotter days, but this caused problems with Royal Mail, as their vans couldn't accommodate all the packages on cooler days. Additionally, our national reach means weather conditions vary widely; for example, while southern England might experience 25°C, those in Scotland or Northern Ireland could see 16°C and cloudy skies, making order segregation impractical.
Ultimately, we decided to empower our customers by placing a banner on the website and updating our terms of sale. We share your frustration but want to assure you that we have tried other options.
