Great value for money
I purchased a reading chair and foot stool for a very reasonable amount. Communication with the company was excellent, delivery fast and all items well protected. The chair is comfortable and well made, I had not expected too much for a combination of two items costing less than £250 but ordered it since it was all I had to spend - I am delighted! I sit in it reading every day. Who cares that it is not "real" leather, it does look very convincing. I would purchase from this company again. THANK YOU

And stock 5 star
The only thing I would give 4 star on this review is the quality of product. Over all great
But I did notice some glue where the leather has been put together to wrap the tables. It is hidden as it’s at the back or on the feet. But should be perfect for £300 per side table
However not really noticeable. And overall a lovely product
I will purchase from them again

Disappointing second experience
Second experience with Grosvenor was much less than satisfactory. Item arrived defective. Apparently damaged in transit by unreliable 1-man delivery service.
Required several phone calls and emails to organise return and collection.
Same unreliable courier 1-man delivery service was again organised to collect items but in true fashion, did not turn-up so then had to convey item to shop myself.
Refund not processed in timely manner despite company receipt of items.
Truly Disappointing.

While the item was delivered by DPD, we can only apologise on their behalf for the damage in transit and the subsequent issues with collection. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after needing to bring the item back to the shop yourself.
Unfortunately, our Managing Director—who handles refunds personally—was on annual leave at the time, which led to a delay. He has now returned and confirmed that your refund has been processed in full.

Pay extra £45 for delivery and then it won’t show up
Company charges you an extra £45 for a decent delivery time. I paid this and then the bed was not dispatched on the day agreed (which I had made arrangements to be off work to wait in) and I had to wait until 8pm the following day. No partial refund for delivery fee offered. Emailed back and forth with the company and they would not offer a partial refund or any solution. Bed is also not brilliant quality - the middle legs have fallen apart already and I’ve had to make replacements. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

Regarding the delivery fee, this covers our express delivery option, but it’s clear we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion, and we apologize. We would have been happy to discuss a partial refund or alternative solution if we had been made aware at the time.
We’re also sorry to hear about the issue with the bed’s support legs. If you still need replacement parts, please contact our customer service team directly, and we’ll arrange to send them to you promptly.
