Avoid at any cost
Avoid at any cost, poor service and delivery. The Order #28254 (27th July 2025). There are no communication been done from the supplier, no via phone or email regarding issue with my order. The delivery has been booked, but 5 min before it should of been delivered, I have been informed that delivery will not happen as last 2 digits in postcode is incorrect, the delivery person was infant of my door, I have been at home waiting delivery. grosvenorfurniture only communicated saying missed delivery would cost £89. My question why the delivery been planned and started where the error with last 2 digits was not acceptable. I should have been contacted in advance with request to confirm the postcode. In addition, £89 way to expansive.

We’re sorry to hear you still feel this way, but we’d like to clarify that there was consistent communication regarding your order.
An order acknowledgement confirming your delivery date was sent on 27th July, and we also exchanged emails on 28th and 29th July to reconfirm the details. On 11th August, you received an SMS from our courier with a live tracking link for your scheduled delivery on 12th August.
When the courier was unable to locate your property due to an incorrect postcode, our team followed up several times by email between 13th–20th August to rearrange delivery — including messages from both Sarah and myself. We later discussed and agreed the return and refund, minus the £89 failed delivery charge that had been explained beforehand.
We always aim to provide clear communication and smooth deliveries, and we regret that this experience didn’t reflect that for you.

Excellent quality furniture
The quality of the furniture is excellent. You can tell it’s been designed and made by someone who likes their job! Simon was also brilliant in sorting out delivery and keeping us in the loop. I can’t fault the product or service. We’ll be back for more bits soon.

Snow White Mirror
After months of searching and one failed purchase from another vendor, I came across this style of mirror (giving Snow White vibes), from a seller who, on 'paper', appeared to have 5* reviews. I took a chance and ordered the mirror in their Autumn sale making a significant saving. I ordered it on a Wednesday evening and received it on Saturday afternoon. It was easy to assemble and is perfect in its chosen location. I would concur with all the great reviews.

Unusable bed and no refund
This is the first review I’ve ever written, but I felt I had to share my experience. I bought a bed from Grosvenor in May 2025 and paid an extra £85 for them to assemble it. It’s the most expensive bed I’ve ever bought, so I expected good quality — but from the start, something didn’t seem right. Later the contractors confirmed that the supporting legs hadn’t been attached properly during assembly. Because of that mistake, the bed snapped and became unsafe to sleep on.
At one point they even sent me some bolts in the post and expected me to fix it myself. I couldn’t use the bed for months, and now they seem to be avoiding my messages completely. They offered to replace one side rail, but that doesn’t solve the real issue — it was assembled incorrectly from the start. I did wonder if they’d have taken the concerns more seriously if I’d been a man. I was treated as if I was being silly and just couldn’t figure it out.
I’m really disappointed with how this has been handled. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service.
