Applied for the refund almost 4days ago and still waiting for an update regarding the process. Should I be waiting this long? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great plate rack. We had been looking for a new wall plate rack for some time after having our kitchen upgrade. Found this rack, very reasonable price, fits perfectly in the place we wanted it to go. Very pleased.

After looking at the website I decided to make a trip to the showroom . I was pleasantly surprised at the range on display. I’ve just purchased a house that needs lots of new furniture and accessories. The showroom had everything I needed to see . I was impressed by the quality of the furniture, the mirrors and the colour choices. I met a helpful lady called Emma who was very knowledgeable and talked me through the product range and measurements. I will definitely be returning soon to make a few purchases.

I ordered a large mirror. Unfortunately when it arrived it was smashed which was very disappointing. However I got in touch and it was dealt with immediately and I received an apology and a refund. I would definitely buy again.

I ordered a pot and it arrived broken. I phoned customer service who were extremely helpful and answered on second ring. They immediately replaced the pot which I received the very next day. I also love the pot

I purchased a leaner mirror & 2 three drawer large bedside tables. All items arrived quickly & were packaged very well. The bedside drawers were easy to construct as the instructions were clear & each piece was individually numbered. The quality of all 3 items are outstanding & were purchased at a very reasonably price. I am absolutely delighted with my order & wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Melody Maison again.

I bought a cabinet which to my surprise was delivered assembled. This made the whole experience of putting it up so much easier it seems really good quality and I bought it in the sale so very happy.

I received an item that was smashed (glass) and had chipped wood. I sent an email asking for a refund, they asked for photos and responded agreeing to a full refund. I’ve not received this refund and have sent 2 emails chasing since with no response.

Item came sooner than the anticipated date, kept informed regarding delivery and item as described.

I received a faulty bathroom cabinet, I couldn’t get in touch with the customer service team. Sent countless emails, and no one ever replies. Managed to speak to someone, and arranged a courier to collect it. The courier didn’t pick it up. Now I am stuck with a damaged bathroom cabinet, and wasted £100. Do not buy

The actual sale was perfect however the delivery company they use was appalling and i had no notification i had to email to find out when it was being delivered got a text in the morning waited all day to then receive a text saying unfortunately we are unable to fulfil so i cancelled but not the sellers fault so i cannot rate goods as never received but after me contacting the seller i received a swift refund
