Great customer service team who helped me sort the piston when I couldn’t get it down. Really easy to sort delivery dates that worked for me and amend if required so very appreciative of that!

Second bed from F&B. Good quality bed and lovely colour.

Great experience buying a bed. Everyone was very nice and helpful highly recommend.

Firstly the bed quality is amazing and exactly how advertised. Secondly, we were moving house and asked for the delivery to be delayed for our moving in date. The bed arrived on time and was super simple to put together. We will definitely buy from Feather and Black again!

Squeaky, cheaply built frame, very light to carry which I was not expecting for a bed of this price. Unfortunately, by the time we put it up, and had a friend tighten some things up, it was too late to return. Really disappointed!

Visited the store to order a bed because I needed delivery as soon as possible. The salesperson was very polite and helpful, however the overall experience afterwards was extremely disappointing.
I was given a delivery date that was significantly later than the dates showing online at the time of purchase. I then contacted customer service hoping this could be resolved, but unfortunately the representative had no explanation and was unable to help in any way.
What made this even more frustrating was that, a week after placing my order, the website was still showing earlier delivery dates than the one I had been given. Had I known this beforehand, I would have ordered elsewhere or online directly.
Very poor communication and a really frustrating experience, especially when the order was needed urgently.

Excellent service from Angelo. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable advice, but without any pushy hard sell. We have ordered a bed and a mattress (not yet delivered) and we felt able to contact Angelo subsequently for further questions and assistance.

The delivery was as I was told and no issues whatsoever, when I contacted them they were very responsive and could not do more to help me. Service and product first class.

I didn't visit the shop this time, but the young lady who took my call was very helpful. Phoned me back when she said she would (unusual these days!) Couldn't have been more helpful.

Spoke to Gizem regarding a bed I had seen online. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made my experience an enjoyable one, I look forward to receiving my new bed next week

Very frustrating experience.

Ordered a bed, which I’m then told will take 3-4 months to arrive.

Asked for a refund (having chased for a couple of weeks asking when it will arrive) and taken another week to get an answer. And then told it will take 7-10 days for a refund.

No apology or acknowledgement of poor service, nothing. Just completely unacceptable

Appalling company. Received a bed from a friend who had bought it and not used and my girlfriend and I were confused as to the slats. We were fairly sure they were replacement slats and couldn't work it out how they fit. We called the company to purchase the replacements and spoke to a slimy individual called Tom who said that we could. When he found out we hadn't purchased it directly from them ourselves, he refused to SELL us spare parts. We are redoing a house and have lots of pieces of furniture to order some of which we had chosen from Feather & Black. No way would we order from this shady outfit now. Absolute disrespect for the general public.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FEATHER AND BLACK ARE ACTIVELY TAKING OLD NEGATIVE REVIEWS DOWN BY REPORTING THEM AND GETTING AI BOTS TO REMOVE THEM. THIS IS A REVIEW FROM SOME TIME AGO THAT I HAVE NOTICED HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN.

Very pleased with the bed I ordered - it’s lovely quality, absolutely gorgeous and I found it easy to assemble. Love that I could choose a delivery date, too. Knocking one star off for the delivery itself as the bed ended up being left in my hallway despite delivery info promising “delivery to a room of your choice” - the delivery guys said I would have to pay extra for that. Ended up lugging it upstairs myself which was not easy! Might be a good idea to remind delivery partners of Feather & Black’s policies. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase.

Stunning and elegant, a very well made bed.
Exactly what I was looking for. Looks even better than the photos, the bed and head board is so comfy. Easy access to storage underneath with lots of space. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we walked into the Wednesbury store, Angelo was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to carefully talk us through the different types of mattresses, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever feeling overwhelming or pushy.

What really stood out was how confidently and naturally he knew exactly what he was talking about — it was obvious he genuinely cared about helping us find the right bed rather than just making a sale. Angelo made the entire shopping experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free from start to finish.
