I accidentally ordered ground coffee rather than whole bean. A mistake that I realised seconds after I made it. This was so gutting, but with a newborn baby & a lack of sleep mistakes can happen. I emailed Grind quickly asking for their help to swap it over before dispatch, not holding much hope… but they did! What a great company that actually cares about its customers. Thank you grind!

Great choice of coffee based advent calendars meant I was able to find something for both my husband and daughter. Good website, reasonable pricing and quick delivery make shopping from Grind a pleasure. Fab graphics on the pod calendar and stylish whole bean calendar. Highly recommend.

I bought a grind coffee machine which is a beautiful item in itself February 2024, I subscribed to their regular pod delivery and even stayed with the service during significant price increases, however just recently the machine started to flood coffee all over my kitchen counter instead of the cup, I politely contacted Grind to ask if they could arrange a repair ( understanding it is out of warranty) to be told they had no idea what was wrong, couldn't give me any indication of price and asked for me to pay my own shipping, after some emails with videos of the problem etc no further contact at all. I was a loyal customer for a few years and love their coffee such a pity the customer service is awful. Something as simple as a discount code for a replacement or free shipping for a repair estimate would not be hard to make the customer feel looked after

Item came when scheduled, carefully packaged. This is for a gift but I’m sure recipient will be happy with the advent calendar.

My daughter has a subscription and loves your coffee so I bought some for my sister. It arrived on time and she loves it!

The coffee is delicious ,you can tell it isn’t mass produced. A really enjoyable coffee.

I love buying my coffee pods from Grind because the company is working hard to be responsible for the environment with it's recycling pods. The quality of the coffee is also very important and the price is always very competitive. The flavours are always amazing. I haven't had all the different flavours yet, but I'm working my way through them, I love the coconut flavour and the vanilla ones. I will be back soon to try different flavours and strengths. Keep up the good work Grind.

I recently ordered an advent calendar for my partner based on an Instagram advert. The advert said it would be a preorder for November, however I received it at the start of September, 2 months early. This was a real shame as obviously the coffee will not stay in good condition for December over 2 months away.

When I raised this with support, I was given a complete non answer and no effort was made to remedy the situation.

Would not recommend at all, save your money for other things.

We have enjoyed the advent calendar for the past two years and look forward to opening up each day in December this year. The design looks more interesting than previous years. I docked a star as we thought it was a bit mean to charge postage when we were 5 pence short of the amount needed for free postage.

Ordered the coffee cups excellent quality and the ground coffee is exceptional would recommend

Grind coffee is delicious, both the “real” coffee pods and the instant coffee that you can now order online. British Airways think it’s so good that they have partnered with Grind in their airport lounges and on flights! The brand with the pink logo is one of the coolest too.

Lovely products great packaging and delivery but as it was my first time making a cold brew maybe an instruction sheet regarding measurements etc would have helped. Loved the eco friendly packaging

I picked up a 200g bag of Grind Colombian coffee beans from Sainsbury’s yesterday for £5.95, and was genuinely looking forward to my morning coffee today.

I use a proper manual pour-over setup with filtered water, so I expected the coffee to have a fair chance to show what it could do.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The resulting cup was flat, lacking in character, and had virtually no lingering flavour.

What makes it even more disappointing is the price. Recently, I finished a bag of drum-roasted Colombian coffee bought at Lidl in France for €8.95 for 500g — around £7.70, or £15.40/kg.

The Grind coffee works out at £29.75/kg — almost twice the price. At that price, I was expecting to be blown away.

Instead, the Lidl coffee was lively, characterful and enjoyable, while the Grind was, frankly, dull.

As someone who has spent years roasting specialty coffee, I know that packaging and branding can create high expectations — but ultimately, it's what's in the cup that matters.

£29.75/kg for a flat, lifeless coffee versus £15.40/kg for a genuinely lively Colombian.

I won't be buying Grind again. All show, no result.

Very disappointing quality, especially compared with the coffee Grind used to produce a couple of years ago.
I used Grind coffee beans around two years ago and the quality was outstanding. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been completely different. The beans now appear to be of much lower quality, and I have serious concerns about their freshness and consistency.
About a month ago after a pause of 1.5 years I ordered GRIND coffee beans again, with first use I witnessed that my Sage Oracle Touch, which costs around £2,000, started making an unusually harsh and loud noise when grinding Grind beans. like s stone stuck inti the Grindr. I immediately removed the beans and checked them carefully for stones or foreign objects, but found nothing.
I have since tested three different brands of coffee beans in exactly the same machine, and none of them produce this noise. The problem occurs almost every time I grind Grind beans.
To be honest, the beans seem as though they could be very old and simply repackaged and sold as fresh. I obviously cannot confirm this, but based on the quality and the noise they cause in my grinder, that is certainly how it looks.
I contacted customer service and sent them an email explaining the issue and providing a video of the noise. Instead of actually addressing the problem, I was asked to complete a form and send the videos again. What a nonsense. At that point, I simply switched to another coffee brand.
It is particularly disappointing because I genuinely liked Grind coffee in the past. It now feels like the focus is more on profit and keeping shareholders happy than on maintaining the quality of the product and looking after customers.
I will not be buying Grind coffee again.
