Coffee is nice but they send you codes and when you come to use the code it won't work. Contact customer service who then advise that it's expired. No expiry date on the email that they sent the code, so they expect you to be mind readers.

Water doesn't always flow through the capsules properly. Too many grounds get into the coffee cup

I'm sure the coffee is very good, I haven't actually started drinking it yet - but it gets sent in a completely impractical packet that is of a shape and design that means it won't stand up of its own accord and needs to be decanted into something else. So now I have to find something to decant it into. Just send it in a normal packet that stands up!

The Spanish Latte was excellent! I tried the hot and iced versions. Very impressive. Best part was the staff are so amazing and friendly. The customer service was fantastic and I highly recommend Jacob, Nabila, Lucas and Jayden - they are the key people in the Canary Wharf branches and deserve to be recognised for being so brilliant! 🤩

They advertise and take orders on products that have been sold. Poor customer service.

Having issues with my pod machine, ( it's stopped working)
Trying to get any troubleshooting advice from customer service is impossible.
It's 5 days per email response.
If you are thinking of buying one of these machines, I urge you, think again

Great order, unfortunately one of the plates was smashed. They packed it well but these things happen.

terrible company and communication. customer service is shocking and its incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription. much better options out there for this price point. cost is 50% branding.
