BT digital phone system
Very pleased with the service. Only problem was with the order was out of the three phones 2 were latest generation and the last one was an older style.

I ordered the wrong phone (completely my own mistake) and returned it but it has so far never arrived back to Green Box. My e mails and calls following it up were answered by a nice human who was helpful and efficient. After a week or so waiting for it to be received back for an exchange, I was offered the phone I wanted free of charge. It was sent out to me the next day. I am thrilled that there are still businesses like this. They are mostly small ones who have still customer service skills and who care about their reputation. I cannot recommend Green Box more highly. Thankyou.

Excellent prices, ordered 1 phone to see how ‘used’ quality actually was and I was not disappointed, immediately ordered another phone for the kitchen. Really good company to deal with both orders arrived within 3 days. 👍👍👍

Very prompt service. Also updated on delivery times. Delivery swift and effortless. I had to return an order because I had made a mistake with the model of phone. The refund was back into my account almost the next day. I am very pleased with greenboxshop.

Night vision mode doesn’t work on our baby monitor. Therefore useless at nighttime

So sorry you are experiencing difficulty with night vision, here is some troubleshooting fixes. Ensure your “Night Vision” feature is enabled on the parent unit.
Double-check if the “Brightness” feature is increased sufficiently.
Eliminate all of the light sources in your little one’s room and test.
Conduct a power cycle on both the baby monitor and the camera.
Restore the VTech parent unit to factory default settings and test.

Bought a Digital Voice phone adapter and a quad phone. Both received in excellent condition (looked like brand new). Website wiorked very well, no problems. delivery was vey quick and items well packaged.
