High quality product that looks amazing in my bedroom and displays my watches whilst keeping them maintained. I went for the 8 watch winder and couldn’t be happy and can’t recommend this product enough if you are a watch enthusiast.

The quality of the product is great and the customer service is excellent. Had a bit of worry regarding the foam and fitment and they helped solve my queries. Would definitely recommend.

The product is very high quality and feels premium. Winder quiet and incases the watch perfectly. I had a package that arrived with the wrong item and customer service was very responsive to fix the problem. That gave me trust in the company and product.

I ordered a winder and immediately tried to ask a question about the item to make sure I had the correct item. After a day, I sent another email to follow up. Then a third. After the third email and no confirmation of my question or order, I emailed to cancel my order. About 1 to 2 days later, I submitted my dispute to my credit card.

Then a few days after I sent my dispute, I finally get a email. They stated that they have been emailing me but none of those correspondence went through. But somehow the one day magically went through.

By this time, I was so fed up with this experience, I just asked for a full refund. But this company has this policy that if you cancel, even if the issues that caused the cancelation and customer frustrations and experience was not the customers fault, they will charge you 5%. It was never disclosed well and clear before you order that if you order and cancel, even if they didnt send it or send you correspondence, they will charge you.

In 2026, I have never ran into such an issue with a company and their policies so I need to warn everyone who orders from Dukwin for their winders. This is not a company I would ever trust again and I have been in retail and service industry for 20+ years.

Take your cash elsewhere with a company with a better policy. No amount of discussion with them will lead them to do the right thing

The watch winder is so beautiful
Had an issue with the pads the watches go on but I was using them incorrectly
I sent a message to customer service and the were so prompt at instructing me how the watch is to be put on the pad…. They were excellent

The watch boxes are beautiful and good quality! But I bought two, and one of them arrived without a key, and obviously it needs one! I've already sent them several emails, but I haven't received any response from them.🤨😞⏰📦
