Firstly it was hard to buy as to confirm payment - a text needed to be sent.and as my phone had been stolen - it was challenging and i had to use someone else's card.

Delivery was very quick .

There weren't any instructions or a charging cable . I understand that things are done differently now but buyers must be made aware that they need to buy a charging cable separately.

The delivery of the ipad was quick and efficient.
The device was sealed and new as promised, with serial numbers on the back. It was £20 pounds lower in price than John Lewis which meant it was a good deal. I have knocked one star off as the plug inside was European and not a UK plug. It wasn't an issue for me as I had a plug already that fitted the ipad leads, but it could be an issue for some customers.

Packaging and Delivery Experience – Disappointing

Ordered on a Saturday, and to be fair, I wasn’t expecting it to be dispatched over the weekend.

When Monday came, I expected the item to be sent via Royal Mail First Class, especially given the price and that their delivery FAQ suggests higher-value orders qualify for next-day delivery. Instead, it was sent via 2nd Class Tracked.

The parcel arrived on Wednesday, but the outer box looked as if one corner had been punched in. More concerning, the mouse’s retail box inside also had clear blunt-force damage.

What made this worse was the packaging itself...

There was no bubble wrap or protective padding used. The mouse box was placed inside the shipping box with a large amount of empty space, allowing it to shift during transit.

I have no issue waiting an extra day... the 2nd Class delivery itself wasn’t the real problem.

The issue was the lack of care shown in packaging.

Thankfully, the mouse appears to be working so far, but the lack of proper packaging for an expensive item is disappointing and doesn’t inspire confidence.
