Great Experience booking with Go Rentals
Easy to book online, easy to pre-load licence details, driver details, etc., on the App, which speeds up the pick-up process. Vehicle was as booked & clean inside and outside. Good value compared to other options.

We found the hire process positive
We found the process from start to finish mostly positive. The staff were extremely helpful. The only issue we had was dropping the car off at Auckland airport. We did a one way hire from Wellington where we collected the car directly from the airport and were not advised the drop off was offsite at Auckland airport with a shuttle service available. A quick phone call to them when we couldn’t find the drop off park at Auckland airport resolved this.

Best Car rental company around
Go rentals Makes everything super simple and easy. Complete their online check in process and picking up/dropping off the car is the easiest rental car process I have ever come across.
They also not only have new vehicles but these tend to be higher spec models rather than base models (Land cruiser VX, Ranger Wildtrak for example)

everything was mostly trouble free
everything was mostly trouble free. the only probelm was returning the car to Wellington airport. It was difficult to find the return depot and we had to pay for parking while I went in and out of the parking area several times to find where I was to drop off the car
