Have just returned from a 3 week tour of the North Island using a car (Toyota Corolla hybrid) from Go.
The whole car hire experience was great ... booking, pickup, the car, query response (re: toll roads), car return, and at a good price too.
Good communications throughout and their app was easy to use.
That the pickup & return was a short distance from the airport terminals was actually quite nice ... no getting tangled up with the busy terminal traffic.

Great time
Very easy to book. Rates were reasonable and staff was very friendly. Only, negative is the steering wheel was on the wrong side of the car. HA! HA!

The shuttle was easy and the driver was friendly, the check-out was easy and the car was as promised and worked very well. Check-in was very easy and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from GO Rentals New Zealand again.

Best experience we’ve had renting a vehicle
We couldn’t believe how hassle free and efficient the process of hiring was. The staff were so friendly and for the vehicle we hired the rate was better value than that of the better known rental companies.

Go Rentals was extremely helpful as I booked a vehicle. They were very prompt with replies and no question was silly. Brent the multitasker who did it all was great, awesome communication. They have a great variety of vehicles 🚗 and the deals were good. I will def be using them again.

The vehicle was in great condition and the size is exactly what we were after, it was clean and did not smell like cigarettes and the staff were very helpful, the process of returning it was just as quick as picking it up. would definitely rent with them again on our next trip. The pickup point from the Queenstown airport was just across the road super convinient.

Easy process to book rental
Easy process to book rental, pick up & drop off car. They were able to change our booking with ease at the last minute. Customer service was pleasant even though our plane arrived after midnight, because flight was delayed.
