Reindeer Napkins are a con. They are only printed on 1/8 of the surface and on top of that although the photo suggests a full size napkin (dinner napkin) they are about the size of a CD, I would suggest they should be marketed as cocktail napkins.
Misleading, poor quality and will stay clear from Ginger Ray going forward.

Ginger Ray and in particular their customer service are fantastic. We bought a range of xmas decorations and while the designs are quite simplistic, they work well for the elegant understated look (we personally hate OTT xmas decorations!) Thank you for providing a great service!

Christmas garlands
Ordered two garlands they weren’t cheap they were really bad. Poor quality for the price. Returns service is really bad 12 emails later as opening times are only Monday to Friday 8-5 and I work those hours so can’t speak to anyone. Nobody has a clue of previous emails so like starting again.They received my return 13 days ago still no correspondence to say received it or start of refund. Shambles do not use.

THE best customer service I’ve had in a long time.
I stupidly managed to throw a peg from my donut wall out with the party rubbish. I emailed Ginger Ray explaining what I’d done and got a lovely reply from Lauren offering to post a replacement out. A few days later it arrived in the post. I am amazed that a company has been so helpful, for something that was completely my fault. Thank you Ginger Ray.

I ordered some gender-reveal decorations yesterday and opted for next working day delivery. However, my parcel has not arrived today (Friday). I have only just received confirmation from DHL that they have my parcel and it notes that the delivery date is Monday. I'm extremely disappointed and upset as the decorations (which includes a gender reveal cannon) are for my sister's gender reveal this weekend. This is my first and last time I order from this company.

Arrived too late and later than they’d confirmed - went to party empty handed. No reply from WhatsApp customer service - no point in having the option. Shambolic company, didn’t get what I’d paid for, awful service - essentially a sham and a scam.

Oh my god what a pile of rubbish-the "numbered stands' are just a collection of cardboard that you have to put together before you even put the balloons in. I have thrown the 30 numbers in the recycling. Honestly don't bother. Shame on you ginger ray, this is just a pile of cardboard crap.

Poor customer service, awful communication
Ordered 2 fabric advent calanders 2 weeks ago. Asked them for an update today to be told they're out of stock so a refund coming to me. Googled replacement ones to find that Argos have stocked the same Ginger Ray advents and plenty in stock??? Will never order from here again. Awful service, wasn't even told they had none till I'd asked but they'd kept my payment till today!

I ordered the Luxury Pine and Cypress Foliage Christmas Garland, Disappointed that the box arrived absolutely battered and flattened, but even more disappointed when I opened it to discover that the garland was nothing like the advertised photos on the website!! I took it out and it was so sparse not thick with foliage as per website photos so this is clearly false advertising!!
Emailed customer service to arrange a return! Customer service is also pretty poor!
Save your money people because you too will be disappointed if you order this item!
Would attach photos if I could but trust the reviews. :(

They didn’t even post my order.
When I asked them 5 days after I had made my purchase they lied and said it had been posted. Once I checked the tracking information, fedex stated that they hasn’t received a parcel from them. 14 days later and still no delivery

Inflatable Bunting
Bought the inflatable halloween bunting and super disappointed, have blown up many before from other brands and broke a letter on this as it was near impossible to actually tell where the valve opening was and the valve on none of the letters were even visible, now a decoration down and a replacement won’t come for Halloween, not worth the 10.99 I paid ! :(

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.
Ordered my parcel on Wednesday 11th October after our anatomy scan and placed the order in the evening. I paid for guaranteed next day delivery. It was marked on there that this is only honour for orders placed before 5pm. My order was placed AFTER 5pm meaning my ‘next day’ would be arriving on Friday 13th October which I fully understood upon ordering and paying. I got my order confirmation email and on there it stated that I would get an email confirming when it had been dispatched. I only realised that I had not revived this email on Thursday 12th at 5.45pm.
I wrote an email to the customer service line and I marked my email as urgent. This took almost 24 hours to be responded too. I also sent a message on the ‘live chat’ system at 9.34am on Friday 13th, which I have still not had a response from. Resorted in calling the phone line number where I did have a quick answer from the lady on the other end of the phone, only to be told that despite paying for guaranteed next day delivery my order will arrive the day after it’s ‘guaranteed delivery date.’ as it had only been packed at 8.45am on the expected date of delivery. I had to then ask for a refund for the special delivery as it didn’t seem like it was going to be given as an option until I asked. The lady on the phone did apologise for this happening but then also proceeded to tell me she couldn’t give a time slot for delivery, if it does arrive on the 14th and that if it doesn’t come in time to just ‘reject’ the parcel with the delivery man.
NOT the point!!!!!
Our special day with family is now potentially ruined if this parcel does not turn up on time for our party.
Do NOT offer a guaranteed next day delivery service if you cannot and will not offer it. I paid £7.95 for this delivery which is only £1 cheaper than the actual product I bought.
I will never use the site again. Shocking.
UPDATE from Friday evening:
I have now received an email from DHL stating my parcel will be delivered on MONDAY 16th October.
Our party has now been completely ruined because of this company and it’s incompetence to follow its own services.
Absolutely disgraceful and shameful

Ordered a garland . Nothing like the picture . It is thin and all one size. Refused to pay for return at first , they have now sent me a Royal Mail return label- but it is for a large letter. This is a medium parcel. Customer service appalling avoid - still unable to get a prepaid postage label to get my money back
