Amazing customer service- I had a question about some products for my wedding and Lauren from customer service was so helpful and just really lovely :)

Amazing service. I bought a donut wall about two years ago which still looks great. One of the pegs got lost and the back stand. I messaged them not really thinking they would be able to help but within a day they emailed and said they were sending out replacements. Couldn’t believe it!

I ordered 2 pink bombs and they came extremely fast. Unfortunately we had an issue with them BUT the company dealt with it extremely well. Very rarely do you come across a company with such great customer service. Absolutely would not put us off buying again from them and will definitely recommend in future.

I made an order last week and received yesterday. Sadly a glass jar was smashed. I called to ask for a replacement which was ordered straight away without further question and has arrived this morning. All other items look great. Thank you for your swift action. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company

Had an issue with my order as it arrived damaged due to the protective film coming off. Spoke to Lauren on the online chat and she sorted a replacement to be sent out to me straight away and was really helpful.

Ginger Ray always provide incredible product. Today I had a mishap with my delivery, but thankfully I was put through to the lovely Heidi, who was so helpful and kind! She instantly provided a replacement and refund for my delivery. Truly a wonderful service, and made a stressful situation very calm! 10000% always choose ginger ray!

I had a bit of a disappointment with my parcel on arrival as a few items were missing and one was faulty on the manufacturers behalf. I spoke to an adviser via the online chat and all was put right. Missing items and faulty items are swifty being resent to myself.

Don’t waste your money, the balloons look nothing like the photos being advertised on their website/packaging. Contacted their team for a refund, got two emails back and now being ignored. It’s a shame I can’t upload photos.

I ordered balloons for my nieces first birthday. They have came inflated but 2 of the balloons are deflating and one of them is burst and I ordered 2 different sets on balloons but they have came in one big box and are all tangled together. I’m disappointed as this is my first and last time ordering from this site

Really impressed with my balloon garland from Ginger Ray. I didn't know what to expect buying a DIY kit and, to be honest, if I'd read the reviews I probably wouldn't have bought them. BUT... I was super impressed with the quality, not one balloon has popped!! Really easy to put up and looks professional. Lovely colours, great quality. Will definitely order from them again just maybe with a bit of added leeway for delivery given the reviews I've now read.

Order number 205-3133952-5320318. Ordered the Extra Large Cypress Foliage Garland via Amazon on 25/11/23. Tracking stated item delivered 04/12/23 to an address in Middlesbrough, which is over 100 miles from where I live! My address is correct on the order. Very disappointed having waited 9 days for delivery on a £60 item for it to go to someone else. Refund requested.

After reporting missing item and requesting a refund, I was offered an replacement instead. I declined due and requested a refund again which I did receive.

Ordered a few items from them and everything has been great. This time through no fault of their own (it was the courier) I received some candles that were broken I emailed them that evening the following morning I woke up to an email and by mid afternoon they had picked my candles and were on the way to me on an express courier. Bloody brilliant customer service.
