My item never arrived! I made contact with Ginger Ray numerous times via email, their contact form on their website and Facebook messenger and not one single acknowledgment or reply! This item was for our wedding and was just one extra stress I could have done without. I am still waiting for a refund - how on earth I will get one when they never reply is beyond me...
Unacceptable
Order placed 11 days ago but not yet received. There’s no telephone number for customer services so sent 3 emails requesting an update. I’m still awaiting a reply. Clearly there is something going on/wrong at the company for such a shocking service. Such a shame as I’ve previously used the company without any issue.

Complete let down and impossible to contact
I placed an order a week in advance of the date I needed it for and it never arrived. They were beautiful botanical candles for her sister’s 40th birthday to go on the cake we had especially made for her. I clicked on the tracking link and it said awaiting information. I have sent several emails to the customer service email asking when the candles were going to arrive and even on the day I emailed to say will they be delivered today. So so disappointing as we had to use standard candles that we luckily had in the cupboard for what was supposed to be extra special for my sister’s 40th birthday cake. I am still waiting for a response and will definitely be asking for a refund for the candles and the delivery charge as even if they do arrive, they are no longer required
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, reached out twice now for an update on an order. Have birthday event coming up Friday and still unsure if these will arrive in time.

BEWARE you cannot return any clothing…
BEWARE you cannot return any clothing items if they have been opened! How on earth are you meant to check if items fit. Stuck with PJs that won’t fit. Would never recommend or buy from here again. Surely a breach of consumer law.

Terrible service
Ordered items over a week ago. Only half have been shipped so far, no communication about the other half of the orders. First part of the order arrived damaged, clearly been stood on. Can’t be used as plates and napkins. Tried emailing, no reply. Tried the “contact us” on website, no reply. Tried calling and they are hanging up the phone. Disgusting.

Purchased a Cloud Frame Guest Book. No protective packaging around it and no sticker saying that the item was fragile. It was delivered completely smashed to smithereens, not just the glass but the backing and wooden frame too! Will not answer my emails. I will never buy from them again!
Birthday banner missing a letter!!!
Purchased a ginger ray dinosaur birthday banner. Upon opening it we realised it was missing a key element! My 1 year old twins did indeed have a very "happ birthday", ruined the photos though!

Avoid at all cost. Ordered a on 24/01 a guestbook for my best friends baby shower, paid 3.99 delivery with 3-4 working day delivery. Didn’t arrive and emailed multiple times with no response. Item finally arrived on 04/02 and I’ve tried emailing to get refund started with no reply. Awful awful service.
Do not use this site
Ordered 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since! Funnily enough, suddenly there’s a banner on the site explaining delays in dispatch…not there when I ordered nor for about a week after so clearly they’re trying to now claim this is the issue.
If you try to email the customer services email it bounces back. The website has clear areas where information is missing also which shows the website has not even been edited/built properly.

Placed an order with standard delivery…
Placed an order with standard delivery and it arrived in 2 days. I ordered the incorrect item and the customer service team replied and sorted the issue out very quickly. The products are so lovely, would definitely buy again.
Terrible Customer Service
Ordered items for a school prom with around a months notice, 20 days after ordering i chased the order. There was no apology, no explanation of when it may arrive, no trying to rectify getting the delivery to me in time, just offering a refund. Between ordering and chasing the delivery, a message went online to say there may be a delay in deliveries but this was not there when i initially ordered as i would have gone elsewhere.

Great experience. The website said it would take 7 days for my order and it turned up within 2 days, dispatched the same day I placed it!
I had emailed customer support to ask for a delivery asap and they were quick to reply and gave me my royal mail tracking number. Love the party products for my sisters birthday!

Order cancelled a week after being placed
I placed an order in plenty of time for a birthday that's happening tomorrow - have just received an email from Ginger Ray saying they're cancelling and refunding the order. No excuse, no alternative, not enough time to repurchase the things I need now.
I've used them in the past and been happy, but this is just ridiculous - the lack of care and consideration for customers will make me think twice before I use them again.

No sign of my order and nothing from Ginger Ray
I was delighted to receive an email from Ginger Ray to tell me that the product I had been waiting for was back in stock. I carefully checked the website and it said that delivery would be within 3 to 7 days and so I immediately ordered 5 packs of bunting. That was 8 days ago and the party I need it for is very soon. Needless to say I've heard nothing from Ginger Ray since I placed the order. I contacted Customer Services and they can't track the order, can't tell me if, let alone when it will arrive and there was no appology!

Cancelled My Order at the Last Minute
Having placed the order nearly 2 weeks in advance, no one contacted to me to say that there was a delay in shipping and therefore it was not going to make the booked delivery date. As they were inflated items, I asked for them 2 days before my party. I emailed to ask where the items were on the day and they emailed the next day saying they could no longer be sent. When I asked for compensation they refused, blaming me for not notifying them sooner even though I reached out to them on the day of delivery! I'm not sure how I'm meant to know there was a shipping delay with no communication. I was a customer for 6 years, sadly not anymore.
