Ordered some balloons and a guestbook well in advance to be delivered on a specific day (given the option to select at checkout), the order was never delivered and the courier did not pick the package up from Royal Mail. After three tries customer service was very helpful, issued a return to sender for the package and processed a full refund.

Avoid this company I got a tank of helium and it filled one Ballon and ran out then got a replacement and that did 4 balloons and ran out take my advice avoid this company

I ordered some Confetti cannons for a wedding a fortnight in advance and today, 3 days before the wedding, I had to call them and see when they were being delivered. I was told that my order had been cancelled because, get this, they are "dangerous goods and they couldn't supply them"!! No email to say the order was cancelled, no refund until I called - not great and I certainly won't be using or recommending this company in the future.

Really quick shipping and helpful customer service (on both phone and email). I don’t understand the negative reviews - definitely not my experience. Would buy again!

I’ve made two orders from this company.
Both for special occasions and delivery was good.
However, the first occasion, within a few hours the balloons deflated .. just thought it was a error on my behalf.
The second order couldn’t of been more disappointing, spent a extra £37 on a helium canister, 3 hours filling and arranging balloons for an engagement party, bride and groom to be walked into the room a few hours later, all the balloons were deflated and looked an absolute mess on the floor. I would not recommend the quality of these balloon, obviously I won’t be buying from this company again !!!

Purchased 3 x orb balloons - no mention of requiring helium in the information. Spent £27 on a helium canister from another supplier, which only filled 2.5 of the 3 balloons - which then deflated within 2 hours. Extremely disappointing.

OMG Perfection! The Rose Gold Balloon Arch for my daughter's Bridal Shower was the centerpiece of a magical event. Guests' mouths dropped at the "Bridal Chair" area and are still gushing over it almost a week later. I REALLY hope there's an option to add photos to this review, because they are gorgeous, and seeing is believing! :-)

Yes, it takes a little effort and time to "build it", but can one honestly expect it to just pop out of the box ready to go? We blew up the balloons the night prior while watching TV, covered the pile with light blankets so the cats wouldn't get to them LOL, then set up the arch the next morning. We manually blew up most of them, but hubby is a tool guy, and we used our air compressor with balloon attachment for the really small ones. But that was only to try out that method. You DO NOT NEED to do anything special to blow up the balloons. Don't waste your moeny on a helium tank - trust me, you do NOT want to try and assemble anything with helium balloons!
Manually blown balloons will stay beautiful and full for plenty of time. We sadly had to pop ours 2 days later, so I don't know how long they would have lasted.

I completely disagree with another review that complained of the gold "confetti" not spreading out inside the balloon as pictured. Ours did!
PSA: When popping/deflating, I recommend putting those filled balloons inside a trash bag, THEN popping them. This will keep the confetti pieces contained in the bag. You're welcome. ;-)

Instructions are simple, but here's what we did: Start with the smaller balloons in the tape holes, get a little bigger as you go up the tape. This will make a great base for the larger balloons, which then attach easily to the smaller ones using the adhesive dots. You MIGHT need some additional tape depending on other adornments you may wish to add. (There is also a small plastic tube in the kit, which is for manual inflation of the Mylars). You will also need to attach the arch to your wall, or whatever structure it will be going on. We used simple nails in the wall and tied twine from the tape to nails once the balloon arch was ready. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and keep about a foot of the tape empty; you will need it when you attach the finished arch.

Placed an order for a specific date, delivery failed to materialise (there was confusion over which tracking info to follow as there was tracking for Evri and Royal mail) arrived the day after they were required. Arranged a return for the items but had to pay for that myself as returns arent free, then had to chase the return up and finally had the refund a fortnight after returning them. Also we werent refunded for the Specific delivery date fee either - certainly not the best customer service experience and wouldnt be inclined to use them again.

Recently ordered for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday. Arrived on the expected date. Great quality and great prices. Will be ordering again.

I brought a lovely cake topper for this upcoming baby shower. Unfortunately, it got damaged via post, so I sent them an email and WhatsApp so I could send a photo of the proof..Nothing was to much trouble, sent a replacement straight away, I offered to return the damaged topper, but they said not to worry, and my next topper was straight in the post, It was received the very next day..Well done Ginger Ray for great 5 star service 😁👏

I would give 0 stars if i could, wishing i had read the reviews for this company.

Ordered a flower wall hanging for my wedding, almost 3 weeks ago. No sign of dispatch, no communication despite various emails and now a case opened against them with payapl to try and claw my money back, as i have now given up hope of ever getting a reply from Ginger Ray, or of my item actually arriving.

Gutted & Frustrated.
