This was bought for my dad who is elderly and deaf. the phone is designed for deaf people BUT NOT ELDERLY!!! To only have instructions on line which can only be used by people who have no need of the instructions is useless
I cannot find simple instuctions to set the date or set a message for the answering machine
An absolutely awful piece of kit
Do not buy unless you do not need the iunstrucions

I bought a pair of the headphones for my husband's birthday. They are supposed to be able to allow people to listen to the TV at different noise levels as my husband has hearing problems. He is an electronic engineer so can usually work out how to use these gadgets. He couldn't. After contacting the UK office we were told to contact the French office. They responded quickly to each email and their English is certainly better than my French. The best advice they could give us was to buy some £10 box from Amazon that may help them work! We declined, so they suggested we send them back to the retailer. We had to go through all the hassle of returning and waiting for a refund. At least, I did get my £129.95 back, eventually, but after a great deal of frustration, irritation and disappointment.

My husband bought a hearing aid from Geemarc 6 months ago and he has been delighted with it. Unfortunately he began having difficulty with one of the ear pods. I wrote to the company asking for advice and received a reply within 15 minutes asking for a photograph of the part. This I did. I then received a request for my address as they were sending a replacement! All done within 30 minutes. I have never known such efficiency and kindness from a company before, and I'm 81 ! 5 stars aren't enough!

I recently bought an amplidect 295, the installation instructions provided with the product were sketchy, and totally inadequate. After going online to get further details I managed to set up the base station and the two ancillary handsets and now realised how limited the product is, one cannot transfer phone book nos from the base to the sub phones. All the promises about call blocking is false, my previous now defuct phone did it very well and had caller display, amplidect doesn't have the functionality.
To summarise an overpriced poor quality with a limited ability to do what they advertise, take care, a waste of money.

I purchased a Gemarc Amplidect 296 photo phone and additional handset for my 84 year old mother who has dementia. She was having problems dialing the numbers on a BT phone so I thought a phone where she just needed to see my face and press the button would be perfect. The idea is a good one however: The instructions supplied are impossible to use and follow. My husband and I still haven't managed to get the registration process done so we can't get the additional handset to work. The photo button on the main hand set has to be pressed and held for several seconds before it dials not ideal for someone like my mother. If you can find a photo that looks as clear as it does in the advertising let me know as I couldn't. All in all I'd return this except my mother has thrown the packaging away. I will try calling the help desk but don't hold my breath that this is a suitable item for our needs.

CL7400 Geemarc Headphones
Had these about 2 years. I am hard of hearing and these are advertised for people like me. They work reasonably well for listening to the TV, they have plenty of volume and the Bluetooth pairs easily provided one has a TV with a good Bluetooth transmitter or add on device. It may be a bit more complex to arrange if you want to retain an audio output from the speakers or a sound bar system. This depends on the TV however.
The battery life is OK for me I guess I use these for 3 hours a day and charge them up every 3 days or so.
I have also used them with my iPad however the audio quality is less than good for music so I use wired headphones with that generally. Comfort is just OK.
I am now looking for some new wireless headphones of a better quality as the Geemarc headband has fractured in the same area on both sides, it appears to be a weakness of the design.
I bought these at a good discounted price and would be disinclined to pay more.

large key yellow keyboard for low vision users. good quality product, good weight to the keyboard so it doesn't move around. Letters and numbers very easy to see due to large font on yellow background.

Personnels très désagréables, le téléphone ne se recharge plus sur le socle, le réveil ne sonne pas j'ai essayé de le faire réparer, ils me l'ont retourné sans rien faire

Update to my review: "Bought the CL7400 wirelesss headphones…... no reply." Headphones about 1 year old and developed problems with the sound. Couldn't send them back as headband was broken. Headphones now in bin and my investment of @ £125.- . Avoid like the Plague.

Achat d'un geemarc d'un amplidect 295 photo + une base supplémentaire. Après un peu d'utilisation avant de le donner à mes parents, je ne sais pas quoi en faire. Déjà des touches qui restent enfoncées, un manuel de programmation des touches et d'utilisation peu compréhensibles. La base avec photo est une bonne idée mais là aussi quelle galère pour programmer les touches. Ne parlons pas du répondeur qui n'a pas de touches sur la base pour lire un message ou le supprimer, il faut passer par les menus du téléphone....pour la simplicité d'utilisation, il ne faut vraiment pas acheter ce genre de produit qui pourtant est prévu pour des personnes agées.

Achat d'un casque CL7400 sur un site référencé. Le casque brouille toutes les ondes wifi.... contact avec le service client, qui me prend clairement pour une idiote. Finissent par me demander de renvoyer le casque.... Retour avec juste une case cochée, "aucun défaut". Résultat pire qu'avant le casque ne fonctionne même plus.
Service client inexistant et détestable.
Pour un achat à près de 150€ c'est honteux et surtout ça fait mal de donner raison aux chinois alors qu'on veut consommer français.

I needed a land line telephone to use in a bedroom to avoid the unnecessary "base and handset etc" checked out various ones and this fitted my requirement and at such a reasonable price!.
Very satisfied with my purchase(and as ex.British sales even more pleased!)

The head set for cl7350 has a broken arm ,its still in guarantee, I have tried to get in touch by phone and on line and it is hopeless.
Do not buy from this firm. As specsavers sell these i will try to get help there,

le systeme en lui meme est bon. Pour une personne en difficulté, téléphone avec forte sonnerie et un bouton sos qui permet de mémoriser et d appeler 3 numeros en cas de d'urgence. Seulement les communications sont inaudibles. Le SAV constate et me demande de le renvoyer. Envoi effectué le 26-12, nous sommes le 11-01 je n ai toujours pas recu le telephone. Le SAV contacté m'a répondu qu'il etait en test !!!!! Mais bon sang si j achete un telephone avec un bouton SOS c'est qu'il y a un danger alors soyez un peu plus réactif .
J ai voulu acheter francais, la prochaine fois je prends un appareil chinois, au moins eux en cas de defaut ils remplacent immediatement. Et ce n est pas la faute du technicien, il applique lkes consignes de sa direction

Bought Geemarc Amplicoms Cordless Trio phones earlier this year. Yes it is at the lower end the price spectrum (not that there is a lot of choice), the performance is rather disappointing. Speech is clearer than our previous 'phone, but amplification is very modest. No variable volume - just 'normal' or 'boost', but the latter makes only marginal difference.
Each handset has to have the phone book programmed individually - very frustrating and time consuming.
Answer machine has no consumer settings - no. of rings, or outgoing message- just On or OFF.
Very primitive.

I recently had occasion to query an apparent fault on my geemarc
CL555 which is just four months old. I spoke to a man at the geemarc. office by the name of `Bob, who was very helpful and arranged for a replacement phone to be sent to me. This conversation occurred on
the 3rd of June, i sent the faulty phone back to geemarc. the same day and received the replacement on the 5th of June..I think that this is excellent service and wish to commend those concerned.Thank you..`

Bought the CL7400 wirelesss headphones which are excellent for people with hearing problems. The plastic headband broke and I emailed them to see if I could purchase another set of headphones. Reply came there none. I have seen online sellers saying the Transmitter can be shared with other Geemarc headphones but can't find any for sale.

I unfortunately bought a Geermac 2.3 mhz system Its a Piece of crap
It worked well for 6 months then the plastic on the headset fell apart
AVOID ALL PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY There is no SERVICE

Mon avis d’utilisateur :
Dès le départ beaucoup de difficulté avec ce dispositif.
Paramétrage assez complexe qui peut avoir des répercussions sur son fonctionnement …
Service client disponible mais peu enclin à la remise en question !!

En plus :
- Annonce d’alarme qui peut mettre 30 secondes pour se mettre en marche quand l’interlocuteur décroche le combiné.
- Enregistrement de l’annonce de très mauvaise qualité, incompréhensible pour l’interlocuteur qui ne sait pas de quoi il s’agit.
- Si un appel d’alarme est lancé que l’interlocuteur prend la ligne mais que la personne qui a lancé l’alarme ne répond pas, le système est bloqué et l’alarme ne peut plus se déclencher tant que le combiné n’aura pas été décroché.
- Et surtout, déclenchement inopiné (sans aucune intervention) de l’appel d’alarme. Et cela peut aller jusqu’à plusieurs fois par semaine.

Cerise sur le gâteau, si après avoir insisté vous souhaitez retourner l’appareil garanti (qui n’a pas plus de 3 mois) on vous brandit des frais de 35 euros HT si aucun disfonctionnement n’est détecté ou détectable !!!

En résumé,
Mauvais investissement car utilisation et fonctionnement de ce dispositif complexe pour des personnes âgées.
Et surtout système extrêmement instable surtout en présence d’une Box (pourtant vendu comme compatible !).

Bref passez votre chemin.
