Had an issue receiving my wife’s shirt so emailed them and heard back right away! Very nice and they looked into it and issued a replacement with in a couple days!! Great customer service!

Came through like a champ! I want to let you know I received the Limited Edition Navy Blue Gar-Field High School Indians (VA) T-shirt today, and it's gorgeous. Thank you for sending it. I found your link while researching a Gar-Field Alumni reunion site and was hoping you could create another T-Shirt for me. When the Prince William County Powers-to-be followed the Washington Redskins by changing the Gar-Field Mascot from traditional (1920s Occoquan) Indians to the repulsive Red Wolves in 2022, I knew my fellow Alumni were as infuriated as I was of the unnecessary name change by a decision of a handful of uneducated dictatorial power-hungry foreigners who moved into the county over the years, not knowing age-old local traditions and history.
I have saved your address in case I wear this shirt out. Maybe I can order another one (?) soon. :-)

Absolutely disgrace!!! Someone put a website selling t-shirts on my name, it is a big fraud and I am contacting my solicitor to sue this company. How in hell this company allows people to set up a page selling merchandising in artists names? I am launching my single tomorrow and it is a big inconvenience for me to advertise now that I have to alert all my audience on Facebook too because the fake profile is using the link of this company to promote as if was me! I contacted the staff to put the page down and nothing was done. I will contact a cyber crime company now to deal with this!!!!!

Puride.shop is a scam
This company hosts for a company called Puride.shop which is a scam.
The t-shirt I received was of the poorest printing quality with the writing being so blurry in places it was unreadable.
I contacted the company thinking it was faulty printing but to no avail and only got customer service when I complained via Gearlaunch.
They offered to reprint for me but then informed me it can't be printed any better! They offered a refund but only for the basic price of the t-shirt quoting refund policy.
This is clearly a scam because why are they advertising an item that can never be produced with readable quality print otherwise? They just want to keep the money you paid for shipping etc with no intention of ever providing you with a decent quality item.
I'm disappointed to be left out of pocket for an item that should never have even been advertised as it can not be produced.
Do NOT order from this company. You will be disappointed, left with a poorly printed item and left out of pocket even if you do get a refund.

Great Customer Support
I had a problem with what I thought was a low-quality or defective product. Support sent a new product at no expense after I provided a photo and explained my concerns. I'm not sure what more a company could do. When I read overwhelmingly snarly, nasty, negative comments from some customers, it's hard to imagine what they must have wanted, using the threat of a poor review to obtain it.
