This Company Hacked Records on FB To Make Sales
My Veterinarian clinic's records were hacked by someone in this organization and sent out post to all of the clinic's customers CLAIMING to be selling shirts on behalf of the clinic to raise funds for a animal hospital. Some of the customers, including me ordered a shirt. We became suspicious when SEVERAL posts with different names of representatives from this organization solicited continuously. Upon contacting the Vet clinic, they had never heard of GearLaunch and reported the hack. I requested an immediate refund, and I'm sure this money is lost, and I reported it to paypal. So BE WARNED.

Stop enabling the blatant scammers using your platform. Dont tell me to report them. If you can't spot them, seeing as a 4 year old could spot them, then one would assume you are complicit.
Here is one example. They have been posting fake stories about "my autistic daughter made this" dreamsellers99 dot com. Just search Facebook for the domain name and see how long you have been enabling this scam.
There are many more. Stop enabling them.

description of material used is not clear...cotton t-shirt...one would think a regular cotton shirt...BUT NO...they are heavy cotton...way to hot for regular summer ware, and don't fit like regular cotton t shirts...but they don't say this and if you don't like it you can pay 10.00 more for a different size. I will NEVER use this company again.

I was waiting for an order
I was waiting for an order. I didn't get it and after a while I got a notice from post office that there was postage due of $5.16, after I'd paid for postage. Shirt came in an "envolope" so they only paid for an envelope. It was too thick for an envelope and didn't qualified. I asked Post office and they said that this company does this a lot and sometimes even puts a note on it saying "this is an envelope." It does not qualify as an envelope and they are passing on the mailing expense to the consumer. I finally picked it up from post office, I t has an invoice number on it from 12/18. Nedless to say I didn't get it by Christmas.

Very poor quality!
Part of the lettering is cut off on an entire line of writing on my coffee cup. And the letter colors and background colors are so similar it’s very difficult to even read. Their product is a 1 out of 10.

Gearlaunch is scammer platform don't maintain any rules
I am a seller from Bangladesh and the owner of UrbanPlase.shop. I worked with GearLaunch in good faith, always following their rules and never using any third-party trademarked or copyrighted content.
Despite this, I was accused of copyright infringement for an image that was never used in my store. I explained this clearly, yet GearLaunch refused to release my rightful earnings of $1,216.61.
What makes this more frustrating is the inconsistency. I had the same issue with my other store, ChillTees77.shop, but in that case GearLaunch released the funds. Why are they withholding my UrbanPlase.shop balance without explanation?
In my experience, this was unfair and inconsistent treatment. GearLaunch provided no proper evidence and still withheld my hard-earned money.

Very Bad Experiene with gearlaunch, Last 17 reviews all are bad reviews, main think is they take down the store & take the money and even the order was complete and the products was delivered and the buyer have no issue also, for any violation you guys can hold the money for a limited time as per security, but you can't take the people's earning. No Response After Multiple Emails – Withheld Earnings from Completed Orders
I appreciate the opportunity I had to run a store on GearLaunch (new-supershop.store). Although my store was permanently disabled due to a policy violation—which I fully understand and accept—I wanted to mention that I had more than 60 orders that were completed and successfully delivered.
I reached out to the Trust & Safety Team to inquire about the earnings related to those fulfilled orders, but I haven’t received any response yet. I’m not requesting to reopen the store, just kindly asking for a resolution regarding the completed and undisputed sales.
I respect the platform’s policies and hope that similar cases can be reviewed with a bit more transparency in the future.
