I didn't like the quality of the print, it was blurry and off centre. Although the customer service was great they helped resolve my problem very quickly.

The two shirts were smaller than…
The two shirts were smaller than anticipated, and customer service responded quickly to my request for an exchange. I was quite surprised at their promptness and care in exchanging the shirts within policy. I am happy and will order from them again.

My ordered shipment not received
I ordered a T-shirt printed with some logo but unfortunately I never received the shipment. Upon reporting company responded and immediately and lquick investigation started shipment warranty process and promised to resend the same ASAP.
The support staff very courteously and efficiently handled my queries and I think initiated the replacement process.

Thanks for your good response
I had ordered a cool T-shirt with Kris Kristofferson. But since I had forgotten my first name, though I believe I would have gotten the T-shirt with my last name and correct adress. The problem in hand was notified but it was received to my junkmail box.
But a link with a 10 % Discount I have designed my own much more cooler hoodie . Thanks for your good response. We can only hope the store owners will come with new cool T-shirt products.
I hope then I will be notified.

GearLaunch enables scammers to easily setup a webshop for scamming and does nothing to stop it.
A scammer is repeatedly posting a stolen sketch on t-shirts and sweatshirts to sell on a public Facebook group (Somes Sound 12 ½ sailboat group) under fake Facebook profiles using the GearLaunch webshop platform. In researching this its clear that GearLaunch is hiding behind their third party agreements claiming they are not responsible, but yet they continue to provide a means for scammers to scam and do nothing to stop it despite the endless complaints. Sending a complaint to their legal dept, as they repeatedly advise, is useless.

Scammers are getting creative
Scammers are getting creative! I received a tag from what I thought was my friend on one of her Facebook posts. This person create a Facebook account using her name, profile pic and tagged me and a few of her friends to a link to Gear Launch to purchase merchandise, which she would get a portion of the sales! I only found out after speaking to her today that someone recreated her account and is selling merchandise with her name and photo through this website! I've notified PayPal and reported it to BBB. Please beware!

I would really love to write a positive review but unfortunately I can't. My order was for 2 tee-shirts and a hoodie. The price was ridiculously high and the size ran small for the size on the tee-shirt. The size on the hoodie is fine. I received one tee-shirt and the hoodie. I received the missing tee-shirt.

Ordered a hoodie with logo on the…
Ordered a hoodie with logo on the front. Hoodie is a vgood quality garment. Unfortunately the printed logo was blurred in several places. After a couple of emails with pictures i was told a reprint upto standard was not possible and have been given a refund. The review was a 4 star because of the poor print. The customer service is worth a 5.

The t-shirts arrived and not only did it have the wrong mascot (should be a cougar not a lion with a bird head), but the quality is cheap. One washing and it won't fit for sure

Gearlaunch are a fraudulent site selling counterfeit merch with ripped off designs on them. Beware!
As you can see Trustpilot have a disclaimer saying “We’ve detected a number of fake reviews for this company” and it’s clear this is the case for their positive reviews as they are a scam and would have 1 star otherwise.
