They had a seller create a fake social media account, join our class reunion group posing as a classmate. The fake account posted school alumni merch, indicating that the sales would fund our upcoming reunion expenses. This was a LIE. This person never went to our school and the sales do not benefit our reunion, only their own pockets. DO NOT BUY from this seller. Will not refund.

Their 3rd party claimed to be affiliated with my High School. Shirts were purchased at crazy high price and a portion of the proceeds were to be donated. Come to find it was all a scam through Gear Launch. I highly recommend not doing business through them. High prices and low quality- stuff scratchy shirts.

Order a T shirt for my Grandson on the…
Order a T shirt for my Grandson on the 1st January. Continued to track purchase . Apparently " delivery failed on the 17th January " Don't understand!!! I was home all day that day. Emailed the company and received advice back it would be delivered in 48 hours. But this never happened. Emailed the company again and was told to check the local Post Office as it would have been dropped off there for collection due to not being able to be delivered. Went to the Post Office, they had no record.
Emailed again , response was if not delivered by the 17th February to contact them again.
Emailed again saying this is not acceptable. Have not received any correspondence since. Do not use this company they cannot even give me a contact for the courier company!

Extremely disappointed
I received a t-shirt & tank top that both said were Large but the t-shirt was clearly for a child & the tank top too big. Neither the telephone number nor the email on my order confirmation page worked! Just sent an email through this page but I am not holding my breath. Extremely disappointed that my college reunion allowed this company to advertise shirts when it doesn't seem to be reputable.

A color discrepancy
I wrote expressing my problem; and, within a week had a positive resolution. I was very unhappy with the color of the t-shirt I received and I believed it did not match the color described or shown. A one time resolution was arranged wherein I was to receive another like t-shirt the color of my choice and keep the first shirt.
I am very pleased with the outcome of my
Case. I love Trend-Teez shirts for multiple reasons and continue to purchase and wear them. I buy both long classic unisex and short sleeve and they fit and feel wonderful.

My whole experience from start to finish was professional and reassuring. The design is beautiful, and I really hope it holds up in the wash because my girlfriend wears it almost every day. I joke though, she would like too though, I'm sure. She is in love with the shirt and mug.

This company is operating by deception and fraud
On my high school reunion page, which is Hartford Public high school class of 77 it looked like a member of our class was advertising a T-shirt from Hartford Public high school class of 77 and I ordered it but when it came, it was for a Catholic high school in Ohio and it was very low quality And I demanded a refund and they will not give it to me. FB profile picture showed a friends profile picture and pretended that they were selling for them. After I placed an order my friend said they knew nothing about any products being sold. Beware the company is a scam. I canceled my order immediately within 5 minutes and they didn’t cancel the order. I went back onto the link and they changed the profile picture so it didn’t look like my friends profile. This is a total scam. Do NOT buy anything on social media
