Ordered on 11 December 2024. Still not shipped on 09 January 2025. I emailed them requesting a refund and they fobbed my off saying 'Your order is currently being processed'. Fortunately I paid by credit card so I will request a refund from the credit card company.

I ordered a Christmas present of the 16th December it is now the 8th of January no reply to my emails phone calls no answered and product still not shipped a fraud case is being made with my bank! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Ordered from this company on the 26th of December. Same story as others emails and recorded message etc received a email today saying due to my product being in a remote warehouse this is what’s causing the hold up !! Load of rubbish. Very very disappointed. Bank has been informed and a fraud case will be made if my money is not returned by the end of the week !! Soooo disappointed.

I ordered some Harkila trousers as a Christmas present for my son. On 19th December The The money has been taken. I’ve still not received these trousers. I have tried contacting great British outfit several times the phone lines are down and don’t get any response to I my emails. Do not use this company.

Ordered some trousers £454 which have never arrived. Asked for a refund this is from September. No trousers no refund from SULEIMAN at gboutfitter.
Be very careful when dealing with these people.

Ordered a Christmas present on 2nd of December, two weeks later hadn’t shipped so contacted them to ask if it would be with me before Christmas to which they replied saying due to the seasonal rush it was running late but would be with me before Christmas. Got tot January 4th still hadn’t shipped and never replied to numerous messages so had to contact bank for a refund! Steer well clear!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Orderd an item which wasn't even posted to me. Countless emails only to be told the item isn't in stock and the owner has had a serious accident. No date of possible postage. No further replies to my emails and so I've had to open a dispute with PayPal.

Ordered an item, three weeks later told on way, four weeks nothing, five weeks threatened to instigate fraud with bank. Endless queries ignored then finally asked if I wanted to cancel order, said yes. Still waiting for refund promised within 14 working days. Took money as soon as ordered, they have until 7th Jan to refund.
Joke ... had two customer satisfaction queries about Suleiman's help!

I came to see the reviews 'cause I was afraid I was being scammed. Find that the owner is facing problems which I am emphatic and very sorry. I made an order at 12 of December. Today January 3th the order was not even shipped. On the site says unfulfilled. The phones are down, emails and messages not answered. Sincerely I don't know what to do. Just wanted to know if they have the item and will send it eventually or if I should just take other actions to get the order canceled and a refund issued.

Ordered on 4th December, haven't recieved the item or a tracking link it's been a month with no communication, I have emailed got no reply and phoned got no answer.

Ordered a blazer on the 20 of december and apart from a confirmation email , I have had no communication from the company.
At all . I have phoned them multiple times no one is answering the phones , if you are ill stop taking people's money and cease trading and have The courtesy to answer the phone and let people know what's going on

i phoned today . the voicemail is exactly the same and has not changed and they're now supposed to be back at work , but they're not and no one is refunding the money , the only time I've got a reply was when I left a bad review . I would not order a blazer if I knew it wasn't going to be delivered . I will not take this review down until I've had a full refund

Purchased an item from here 2 weeks before Christmas. Nothing has arrived and no response to any emails I’ve sent. Wish I’d looked at the reviews before I ordered as it now looks like they are scamming people by taking there money and not sending out the goods. Why also does it look like the business title seemed to have changed from great British outfitters to field outfitters here on trust pilot? Makes it look even more unsafe to trust

Ordered item in September. Have checked with their supplier so I know the item is available, but they haven't ordered from the supplier on my behalf. Have tried to call but have only got a voicemail saying that they have staff shortages. This voicemail has been in place for at least a month. No other form of communication from this company who have had my money for 3 months now and appear to be making no effort to supply the item purchased. I've opened a case with PayPal so will see how this goes but I'm certainly not hopeful of receiving the goods. Avoid using this company. They (literally) do not deliver.

I ordered a jacket on 8th December, got tracking info straight away but it has not changed, no delivery, no reply ro email or messages on social media, by the looks of other reviews I won't be getting my money back either.

I ordered from this company in Early December and the boots I have ordered for my husband has not arrived for his birthday.

Phone line is saying about staff sickness- seems to be like this since summer based on the other reviews.

Sent email and apparently next 2 days they will.

I have asked for a full refund and waiting for a reply!! Only if I had read the reviews first before I ordered.

Probably the worst company I have ever bought from online. Paid for an item 9th October and still not received 18th Dec - constantly fobbed off with excuses. Trying to get my money returned but no luck yet. Avoid at all costs

Place an order in July for a garment advertised as in stock but wasn't. It's now December and still no refund despite numerous emails saying the owner is ill and been in hospital. Totally understand that but they are still managing to take orders but seemingly unable to issued refunds. Heard a lot of similar experiences of poor customer service. Be aware!

Ordered trousers £130 total. Still nothing, no reply to emails & straight to answerphone message.

Awful experience. I purchased some wellies, I was sent a tracking number via the app they recommended. Then nothing. I chased, amd chased and got no reply. Only when I got PayPal involved did I get emails saying I needed to cancel PayPal as they were en route. I did not receive any wellies and luckily I did not cancel PayPal.refuns received. I woukd avoid GB outfitters at all costs, seem like a scam company and or lazy and incapable of providing a service you pay for.
