Ordered items in September. never arrived. In email communication on a regular basis, constantly promised delivery, but still waiting. Asked for refund, no response. Seems a common issue- there is no excuse for this lack of customer service. I have been civil and understanding for 5 months. My patience has run out.

Placed an order 4 months ago they took full payment, received one item in December after chasing them. Chased them again in January and now given up as I'm not getting any response to any email.

Sadly I would not buy from this company unless you can get in touch directly first to confirm they have your item in stock and be assured you can speak to somebody incase of an issue with your order.

I really don't like to leave reviews like this but under the circumstances feel I have no choice. I placed an order in October for some boots for my holiday. When it became Clear they couldn't fulfil the order I requested they cancel and issue me with a refund. This has now been going on for months, some emails they choose to respond to, some they don't. Finally they told me I would get my refund but that was before Christmas and still nothing despite numerous emails chasing and now they are just not responding so I have had no choice but to report them to the bank and trading standards. I have tried to be patient as I understand that apparently the owner has a bad accident and they were short staffed but they have enough staff to update their website with black Friday offers and winter sale offers etc but not to deal with existing customers it seems.

Very poor service. Ordered at the beginning of the year and over 25 days later at nothing… numerous phone calls (met with the same answer phone message and countless emails. Just want a refund now
I understand if you are ill and short staffing, but why not just get everything up to date rather than letting people still order

No item received almost 6 weeks after placing order, and minimal communication with no solution provided and no timeframe provided. Awaiting further email response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- NEVER RECEIVED ORDER THAT WAS PLACED IN DECEMBER - ITS NOW THE END OF JANUARY.

Hello everyone!!! People - do not deal with this company = they are scammers!!! I made an order on 12/04/2024 - they promised to send it to me within a month - because there are a lot of orders! As soon as I paid for my order - everything changed - almost 2 months have passed - they do not respond to letters (only a bot) I wrote them 20 letters - that I refuse their services - and ask to close my order - because it has not even been completed - and ask to return the money for the unfulfilled order!!! Useless!!! No order - no answers - no money - they are scammers do not deal with them!!! I have saved all the correspondence with this company - I can attach all the documents (if anyone doubts my words), but what is the point in me lying and deceiving people? I am writing specifically about what happened to me and warning people against making mistakes!!!

AVOID....you will not see your order!

Ordered a Hoggs of Fife mens shirt for a birthday present, never heard anything else. Was never dispatched. You can't get hold of them by phone and they do not respond to any messages or emails..absolutely appalling company of scammers.
Luckily I had used PayPal so was able to claim a refund.

Two orders placed early / mid December, due to company illness and a staff member leaving plus Blaser being an import nightmare, I never received the goods, this is a true company which is having a few issues and is short staffed, I have received both refunds, please support Johnny, the weight of emails and pressure must be overwhelming, please stick with it. Unfortunately, like many others, I have fallen victim to this company. The website looked good and when I purchased the product, I didn't see too many alarming reviews.

I ordered a new shooting jacket on 22nd December.

I emailed on 30th to enquire about the returns policy as it stated 14 days, and it had already been 8 days with no shipping (obviously, Xmas time, I understand things are delayed)

I tried calling numerous times, no answer.
I emailed on the 22nd Jan asking for a refund... again, no reply.

I just saw all the negative reviews, gave up, and started a chargeback with my bank.

no order recieved no refund recieved , nothing short of theft do yourself a favour DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .

I placed an order on the 27th of December with express delivery. The product still hasn’t arrived and the company have not responded to any follow up emails.

Fortunately, my bank has had so many complaints about this company they immediately refunded my payment as they now believe any transactions made by the company are fraudulent.

Do not order with this company unless you want to lose your money.

Goods ordered on 16 December 2024. Monies taken. Nothing has arrived on 15 January 2025. Four emails sent to company and no response to any of them. I have tried calling numerous times and just get the recorded message about staff illness as referred to by others.

Same as many reviews on this site. Item ordered 19 December, still not received 14 January. Lame excuse nearly a month later about staff illness and shortage on answerphone. and in the one email reply from Sulayman. No reply to emails and website chat since then. With nearly a month to address issues and probably a lot longer given similar non delivery, excuses and failure to respond to communication going back a lot longer it seems from other reviews I will be contacting my bank to see what can be done. Whether or not excuses are true subsequent behaviour is appalling. Laughably called ‘Great British Outfitters’, nothing great and embarrassing if British. Suspect it is a scam and that positive reviews are also fraudulent. Don’t hold out much hope.

Ordered a harkila jacket on the 7tb December and was told it would be here before Christmas. I haven’t received this yet. I have been chasing a refund since before xmas. Some emails have been answered but I have not received a refund as of yet.
I was told on Tuesday that the cancellation was passed to the accounts department. Who has an accounts department to cancel and refund a jacket. I think if I haven’t received a refund by 17th January I might have to take a day off work to drive to the store and get the refund

I have a very bad experience with this company.
My order #23985 & #23986 were created in july 20, 2024 for two pants. Half year has passed, I haven’t received anything.
I haved requestd a fully refund for three time., but no response.

Ordered present for Christmas on 28th November 2024. Now nearly 11 weeks later still no delivery or confirmation of even despatch. No one answering emails or calls very unhappy

Ordered item for Christmas 4 December when it had not arrived 2 weeks later asked to cancel order and been chasing refund ever since. Today gave up and applied for credit card charge back. Automated answer phone so can't speak to anyone. May be having problems but not good for customer service.
