So etwas nenne ich Kundenzufriedenheit....
Kevin ist ein sehr kompetenter Verkäufer der mit Leib und Seele das Star Wars Universum lebt und weitervermittelt.
Er ist immer und schnell per Mail erreichbar und antwortet zeitnah.
So sieht für mich Kundennähe aus.
Das Obsidian-Kristallwirbel Lichtschwert welches ich im Black Friday Angebot mit zusätzlichem Rabatt und einem 2 Einsteiger Schwert als Geschenk 🎁 gekauft habe, ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben und einfach nur ein Traum.
Für mich optisch eines der schönsten überhaupt welches man kaufen kann.
Sollte in keiner wirklichen Lichtschwerter Sammlung fehlen.
Danke nochmals an Kevin für diese sehr positive Erfahrung.

Great product but the packaging was…
Great product but the packaging was very loose, the second hand was bent and then entire fitting of hands/battery to the clock itself was also loose. Ideally better packaging.

The look of the saber is great
The look of the saber is great. Although the core wasnt working at delivery, I immediately received support/trouble shooting from the shop owner, and received an replacement core. Everything works fine now and i can only recommend to buy from him.

I’d like to clarify for anyone reading this review that the lightsaber you purchased did not freeze or quit working—it powers on and functions, but the issue was that it remained stuck in one color mode. This isn’t a defect; it’s a setting that can be resolved by following the user manual.
To assist, I reached out multiple times and asked for a short video of the issue so I could walk you through the solution or confirm if it was an actual defect. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply or video from you. Without this, I can’t verify a malfunction or provide further support.
As explained, our return policy (clearly listed on our website) allows returns, but since the saber is not broken, shipping costs from the US to the Netherlands are the customer’s responsibility. If the saber had truly been defective, I would have been happy to verify it via video or photos and take appropriate action.
My goal is always to make sure every customer enjoys their saber. I remain more than willing to help you resolve the issue if you reach back out with the requested details.

Absolutely amazing craftsmanship
Absolutely amazing craftsmanship! Took a bit longer than expected arrival but, the Blossoms Edge is an absolute masterpiece. Definitely recommend for beginners getting into cosplay/dueling. Worth it!!!

Ordered on May 24 received on June 30.they informed me it would be that way. Paid 20 for it and 16 shipping. Came in not the one I ordered and looked like it was found at the bottom of someone's tool box.very ugly.
