Still haven’t recieved my order placed in mid June. Had one response after 5 weeks saying it would be delivered within 10 days, that was a month ago. I’ve requested a refund over the past two weeks to no response. Company has obviously dissolved by they’re still taking money for no service. Police and trading standards contacted. Do not order here

Ordered sabre 20th June, money taken immediately, no updates on order, emailed them 11th July which they said it would be shipped following week. Nothing. Emailed them again no response. Just checked companies house, director is Seamus Anthony MCDERMOTT who also recently registered ‘titan capital global limited’. Will pursue contacting directly to get a refund.

I placed my order on the 22nd of June, contacted them on the 28th of July, and I have had no response. I am now trying to request a refund but given that they do not seem to be replying to enquiry emails, I do not have much hope that they will actually process it.
I don't know if something has gone wrong in the company because all positive reviews stop in the middle of June, and I am definitely not the only one who is missing their purchase, but there is absolutely nothing on their website stating a problem and their social media is inactive. So... do what you will with this information but for your own sake just buy from somewhere else and save yourself the confusion.

Made an order on the 21st of June. After multiple emails and attempts to reach out to them, I eventually got a response on July 10th and was told they're having problems with their courier, utter nonsense probably. I've tried contacting them for a refund but they're not responding. If you want a lightsaber, try Padawan Outpost. Ordered from them and got it 2 days later. This company is a joke

I ordered on the 27th on June, have sent many different emails requesting updates about my order. I have received no correspondence from this company. I am now having to pursue getting a refund. over 30 days later!!! Awful company, DO NOT USE!!!!

I ordered a lightsaber from this website on the 22nd of June. Id waited a while and then sent an email asking where my item was, and I was told it would take a week. That was on the 10th of July. On the 19th I sent another email that still hasn’t been replied to. now it is the 29th of July and the item still hasn’t even been shipped. I’m severely disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

We ordered a lightsaber on 25 June, confirmation said it would be shipped within 2 working days.
Chased a week later via website form but heard nothing back.
I emailed on 9 July and received a generic response on 11 July saying it would be ‘shipped out by next week at the latest’ but it is now 20 July and still not dispatched let alone delivered.
Have chased via email again on 16 July but no response.
Avoid!

I waited a month still no lightsaber, no contact. I made a refund from klarna DO NOT BUY!!!

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had

I’m beyond frustrated with Galaxy Sabers. When I ordered, it said processing would take 1–2 days. Then that changed to 4–9, then 7–12, and eventually 7–14. Every time I checked, it was a new excuse and a new delay.

After waiting way too long and emailing them several times, I finally got a response. And get this—in the same email, they told me they were going to "handle my order promptly and send tracking info"... and also said my package was lost in transit. How do you promise to send something that’s supposedly already lost? It makes zero sense.

They also said they were having trouble replying to emails, which just sounds like another excuse to me. I still haven’t gotten my order. No tracking number, no real update, nothing.

I honestly feel scammed. This whole experience has been a total nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you’re thinking of ordering from Galaxy Sabers—don’t. Seriously. Just don’t.

Unacceptable delay
Order placed on 7th June. First working day 10th June. Money deducted immediately and confirmation stated “Please allow us up to 2 business days to ensure that every detail of your lightsaber reflects our commitment to quality.
Each lightsaber is designed not just as a product but as a key to unlocking adventures and memories. Depending on your chosen delivery service, your lightsaber will arrive within 4 to 9 days anywhere around the globe.”
As a uk customer I would have expected delivery well within 4-9 days. Tracking still showing that it’s not even prepared for shipment yet. Email responses say “unexpectedly high volume” and note delivery range is now extended to 7-12 days and still not meeting that deadline!

The sabre burst into flames!!!!!! Emailed time and time again, but they didn't want to know (despite what they say) Dangerous item that should not be for sale!!!! Was charging in my Childs room when this happened, and we have photos to prove!

It was so easy to purchase and arrived in good time,

This was my first lightsaber purchase and I will definitely be getting more in the future

There were a few hiccups (one saber being discontinued and another piece not being in stock), but once the lightsabers arrived my son (RGB) and myself (Neopixel) are EXTREMELY happy. During the hiccups the GS team were in constant contact and kept me updated at each step. Now I just need to be confident enough to take the sabers outside so we don't break any lampshades...

False Advertising from the company.
Also Arrived Late.
Communication with them was atrocious.

They advertise all their sabers as having Bluetooth (which would mean they are on 3.0 boards) but they are all 2.0 boards (which are NOT as they say, the most advanced on the market, they are old outdated boards)

Good quality and it made he feel like a big kid and the details are second to none it was like it just come off the film set

Ordered a 'Luke Skywalker ROTJ SN Pixel' saber from Galaxy. I would say that it wasn't very clear from the website what the difference between the models were, but I got there in the end after a couple of emails. Item dispatched from China, but arrived very quickly indeed - 4 business days. Very impressed with the quality of the build, the brightness of the blade and volume of the sound. Only issue was a slightly dodgy AUX button that made it hard to change sound font without altering the blade style, but this seems to be improving the more I use it. Overall, I would recommend Galaxy for movie replica lightsabers.

My first experience with this company was an absolute disaster—they dragged out the return process and bombarded me with nonsense emails until I had no choice but to file a PayPal claim.

Against my better judgment, I gave them another shot. Big mistake. They sent me defective blades and turned what should’ve been a straightforward return into a full-blown battle.

Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. Stay far away from these scammers.

My order of darth vader se proffie came to £220 which is a great price compared to other companies.
My order was shipped fast. However the blade size was 36 inch but not the 32 inch that I ordered. I emailed customer support and they sent a free proffie 32 inch blade aswell as keeping my wrong blade. Customer support eas happy to help and I will keep an eye on the prices and will be interested in getting a dooku blade or palpatine

Love the sabres bit confusing to start found the YouTube guides really useful all in all a good experience.
