This company is a SCAM! We ordered two sabers for our son’s graduation present. One of the boxes arrived completely open (thanks FedEx) and major pieces were missing from the box. We purchased the additional shipping insurance and have been in contact with CXsaber, the shipping insurance company and NOTHING. No email responses, no updates on resolving the issue. Also why do customers need to purchase shipping insurance when the company gets refunded from shipping companies if there are issues?!? I reached out to my bank to dispute the charges and hopefully get a refund. Also pretty sure my information got sold to one of those fraud call center because the day after my purchase was completely non-stop calls from an Indian call-center saying “government has issued warrant for no pay bill, I need to pay with Apple gift cards” per the numerous messages left on my phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Quick delivery from China, sabers were in great shape and are still holding, so no doubt about the quality. Great battery life, even on the cheapest ones. Only problem I've had is with DHL afterwards, so nothing but roses from here

AVOID SCAMMER: STOLE $2000+ Saber saying he would repair. Will not return the saber to me. Also, never shipped $400 saber purchased and never did the $100 repair to said stolen $2000+ saber.

Where do I start! Honestly the biggest scammers out there. Horrid, broken, glued together product arrived promptly from china. When I contacted them for a return this is a copy and paste of what they said to me:
“Because this series of lightsabers is a carefully hand-assembled product, its handle is composed
of multiple precision parts. During long-distance transportation, prolonged external pressure may
cause the rubber trim on the handle surface to loosen or detach.
Solution: We suggest you use common hand glue to reattach the black rubber to the
corresponding position on the handle grip, and it should then function normally again.”

Please don’t be fooled by these scammers

THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED YOU WILL END UP A FOOL LIKE MY GRANDCHILDREN. THEY HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY EVEN IF IT DOESNT WORK THEIR TRUE SCAMMERS I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO SEVERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. INCLUDING THE fbi AND THE SECRET SERVICE.

Just set it up, (got the obi wan se) lighting is perfect. The hilt is flawless. The manual is a bit confusing. Got in touch with customer service, they are great and sent fast responses. Overall light saber is great.

This is the worst place to purchase anything from you use the link on there website that clearly says free saber offer but they do not send a free saber and respond by saying you chose a free mystery saber. SCAMMERS

Actually the coolest seller I've had. They've answered all questions and were very prompt about shipping. Very happy. The saber itself is a simple build, easy to learn instructions too. Bright blade, ear sound.
