Furniture Village - York Anmeldelser

The service I received was very professional and Victor was very knowledgeable

They don’t return calls, miscalculate their invoice and they are not clear about their terms and conditions. Sharp practice seems to fit.

Having responded to this review, they are still actively failing to resolve our issues.

Lovely experience when buying our first long term mattress. Many thanks to Victor the gentleman for the help and welcoming attitude.

What a lovely guy Victor the salesman is. We took a good while looking around the store asking a million questions! Nothing was too much for him. We settled on the furniture that we wished to purchase, had all the sizes/costings explained to us and the indicated waiting times for delivery. Victor even made time to ensure our pooch Ted was happy seen as Mum n Dad were taking forever to decide 😊 Treated myself to a beautiful Peacock picture to boot.
Thanks again Victor for a very personal and productive shopping experience. I would definitely recommend Furniture Village to friends and family.

I am disabled the assistant was very kind to me.

Great quality furniture and an excellent salesman called Victor who helped us today ;-)

Austin was extremely helpful and respectful. His efficiency and helpfullness made our experience seemless thank you

Victor was unbelievably helpful and professional, and left no stone unturned in making sure our furniture order was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend anyone who needs advice and guidance on choosing their furniture to ask for Victor. Thank you for your patience and humour along the way.

Very helpful sales man called Lewis, talked us through everything and was excellent throughout. Highly recommend.

Victor was so very helpful. I would recommend asking for him, you will be in safe hands.

Victor was amazing! So so helpful in assisting us to buy kitchen and bedroom furniture, highly reccomend.

Great value 6 seater dining set bought as a showroom clearance item from this store, a fraction of the price if you had ordered it brand new.Looks very smart in my home.

Great service from the guys at the York Clifton moor store , purchased settee and dinning room furniture and bed . Good prices and delivery all arranged around our house move .
Excellent service from Victor at the store .

Ben and Tom did an exceptional job moving and unpacking a very heavy table set. The setup was done extremely efficiently and they also provided some good advice for ongoing care and movement of the table. They cleaned up all the packing materials and were very friendly and polite through the process. This matches with the pre-sale support in store from Victor which made for a pleasant furniture buying experience.

Extremely positive experience. Victor was very helpful and friendly. Happy with the sofa we have chosen and with the entire process. No notes.

Victor was lovely and helpful with locating myself and Tom a sofa for our first house! He answered all our questions thoroughly :D

Good choice and didn’t feel pressured

On Wednesday the 29th of July, my partner Helen & I were looking for our 1st ever bed. We have just moved to York and needed the 1st bit of furniture... So where else better than furniture village?

Austin greeted us and offered us a drink.
Which was fantastic!

He asked us what we were interested in and gave us a great tour around the store.

We 1st looked at sofa beds
Then tables and then finally beds and mattresses.

He walked us through the whole experience perfectly and gave us time in between to test and review before answering more of our questions.

He finally made our purchase and Austin made the whole experience feel easy to understand and we enjoyed it fully!

We will definitely be back and asking for him?
