It was made better thanks to David, he even made us a brew and cookie and explained everything.

Victor in the York store was very helpful with our purchase of a dining table and chairs set.

Victor was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Dave was very friendly and gave good clear advice on the furniture we bought today. Very helpful, good knowledge on the brands and not a typical pushy salesman. We like that.

Extremely helpful, Victor made it really easy to help us find the centre piece for the most important room in our house. Shopping with a baby can be hard but he made us feel really welcome and comfortable. The hot drinks and fresh cookies were a bonus! Can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive

Had a lovely browse around the store this afternoon.
The salesman David introduced himself but then left us to look around in our own time with no pressure.
Disturbed only to be asked if we would like coffee and a freshly baked cookies.
What a welcoming relaxed atmosphere

The whole process of ordering a sofa was made easier by Steve Tarran, he was helpful and very efficient. Definitely an asset to your team at York Clifton Moor .

Great experience, nothing was too much for Victor who dealt with us today. Lovely experience

Donna was very helpful when I rang. I will not know how well things went till the problem has been sorted.

Really helpful customer service. Victor was great to deal with feom start to finish. Many thanks!

Victor was great. Explained everything to us in plane English. Very happy with the product & service.

Great from the moment we entered the store, Steve welcomed us with a choice of drink and left us to browse round. After finding what we were looking for it was very easy and understanding going through with the sale. excellent service from start to finish.

The service I received was very professional and Victor was very knowledgeable

They don’t return calls, miscalculate their invoice and they are not clear about their terms and conditions. Sharp practice seems to fit.

Having responded to this review, they are still actively failing to resolve our issues.
